Second time buying live blue crabs and cant say enough about this product or LA Crawfish in general. I have never been disappointed.

To whom it may concern, First off, I do not write reviews. In all my life I may have written 3 or 4, but I wanted to send one to you guys to show my gratitude. My wife is from New Orleans. We met 17 years ago on Bourbon St. This year for her birthday all she wanted was to go home to New Orleans and spend time with family. Due to the Corona virus that was not going to be an option. She was very depressed and I was racking my brains as to what I could do for her birthday. Being a New Orleans native she naturally loves crawfish boils. We have tried to order live crawfish twice before from other companies and the experience was not a good one. Both times they were almost all dead and also very small. So I was very nervous to hinge her birthday plans on trying to order live crawfish from LA. I placed an order for a sack with you guys the day before her birthday. I received a call confirming my order. The lady I spoke with was very nice and I was even able to make a last second change to my order pertaining to the spices that were included. The next day the crawfish arrived in time and were kickin like crazy. I sent a video of the crawfish moving in the cooler to my buddy in Kenner. He said "those things look better than the ones I get here locally". We had a Mardi Gras themed birthday party for my wife and the crawfish boil went off without a hitch. I passed your info off to all my friends here locally who all plan on placing some orders for their boils. GREETINGS AND SALUTATIONS..... WE ORDERED FROM U GUYS ON A TUES AND WE GOT HOOKED UP ON THURS, LIKE I REQUESTED. A BAG FULL OF MONSTERS ARRIVED, WE WASHED EM DOWN AND POPPED EM IN THE FRIDGE, UNTILL THE NEXT DAY AT 5PM. WE WASHED EM AGAIN AND ONLY FOUND 5 IN BAD SHAPE. OUT OF A 20 LB BAG. NICE!!!!! WE HAD THE BEST TIME COOKING AND EATING THESE MUDBUGS. THEY WERE HUGE. YOU GUYS AND GIRLS DID A GREAT JOB. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST....SEASONING WAS PERFECT. CANT WAIT TO ORDER AGAIN.

I just wanted to say that the crawfish were excellent. I was so worried about how they would travel and the quality , but my husband was floored at how much meat they held and how good they were. Thank you so much for a good quality product. It made his birthday even better.

I just wanted to thank y’all for the awesome meal we had last night. Y’all were the hit of the party. Everything was perfect from ordering to the last bite. Only problem we had was lack of leftovers. Keep up the great job y’all doing there. I will recommend y’all to all my mud bug eating fools.

I just wanted to let yawl know that my crawdad boil turned out fantastic, i was really impressed with the size of them and my family was very happy. And with this being my 1st time boiling them up, turned out fantastic.

Just want to thank you for the quality crawfish. I did the boil for the Sheriff Office in West Virginia. The boil was on Sunday got them on Saturday only lost a few. Thanks for the quality you have. We will be making future orders.

Ive never had a better experience and i can’t imagine buying anywhere else. I absolutely love your products. Best damn alligator sausage out there by far. Im sure a lot of folks probably email to complain and it can be tough responding to those, so I thought I’d add a little sunshine. You’re doing great work and I wanted to say thanks. Sorry it has taken me over a week to follow up. But I wanted to thank you for taking such good care of my order a few weeks ago. UPS somehow split my shipment up and only half came the day they were supposed to. Ya'll were on top of the issue the whole time and kept me updated. Once you knew that I'd receive the remainder of my order in time for our boil you also sent and extra thirty pounds to cover any loss due to the delay in shipping. So, thank you for being on top of the problem and taking care of it. In fact, you did such a good job packing them that there really wasn't much loss at all. Out of 120 lbs I only culled out about 6-7 lbs of dead ones before boiling. Not bad for mid June! The overall sized and quality of the bugs was great to boot. Anyway. Thank you for great crawfish and outstanding customer service, as usual. This is why I always order from LA Crawfish Company.

Just wanted to let you know how helpful your staff members were. The young lady I wanted to send crawfish to grew up here in Mississippi and always looked forward to crawfish season. She now lives in Oregon, and I didn’t want her to miss out on one of her favorite things (she’s also a chef). I had hoped to send her live crawfish, then saw at the last moment that live ones could not be shipped to Oregon. With her odd hours, I opted for a gift certificate so that she could arrange the arrival of cooked crawfish at a time that would be convenient for her. I had to telephone your office several times with stupid questions, and every time your people were extremely helpful and patient. And I especially appreciated the phone call I received making sure that I had, indeed, placed the order, since it was being shipped to an address which was different from the billing address. It’s so nice to know that a company would be that conscientious. Again, thanks for all your help, and I know Kittie will be thrilled with the crawfish!

As far as I know you are the ONLY source for chemical-free, all-natural crawfish and I am so grateful to be able to order this product from you. My family absolutely loves crawfish but we work hard to ensure that the food we eat is as natural and chemical-free as possible. Until we found your product, we thought crawfish were just something we'd have to live without. Your customer service is amazing - when my shipment was damaged in transit and some of my crawfish died as a result, all it took was a 5-minute phone call to get a partial credit applied to my order. Twice I've had to change my ship date and both times your customer service reps were friendly, helpful, and efficient. But most importantly, your products are just absolutely delicious! A couple weeks ago I made an étouffée with leftover crawfish tails I'd frozen from my last order, and it was the best I'd ever had - better than from any restaurant. Tonight my family is looking forward to an amazing dinner of peel-and-eat crawfish. Thanks so much for providing such a superior product

Hello, I received my first order of crawfish from you yesterday afternoon. I don't understand why anyone would order from any other company. They were very lively, only 8 or 9 dead or crushed, and most important they were delicious. I am no expert on crawfish boil, however I do know what I like and I loved the taste of your crawfish boil and creole seasoning. It was simple, no added or hidden charges. You have the right formula. Simple to order, products of excellent quality. But most important, as I said before they were delicious. You will be getting more orders from me. Thanks!

I just had to write and tell you how satisfied I was with your crawfish. The 15 lbs. of crawfish came right on schedule and they were ALL big and alive! Moving from Dallas to Philadelphia recently, I was extremely disappointed to realize that there are no crawfish up in the northeast. I chose you guys for the fact that I could purchase the crawfish by the pound and not by bulk like other companies. Thank God that you guys exist and that your products and services are so affordable! Also, I'm hooked on your seasoning and will no longer be using that salty Louisiana Crab Boil brand anymore. Awesome!!!!!!!!!! It was my first live boil and it could have not gone any better. The crawfish were great!! My employees and guest were so impressed I think this may become a tradition here at Malibu Beach RV Park. Thanks for the great service and the great food. We have a lot of parties here, but when the crawfish hit the table it was on!! The music stopped, the conversations ended and all you could hear was people going yum, yum! with the sun setting on the Pacific Ocean in back of us it could have not been a better day. I just wanted to send you guys a message thanking you for making my NYC Juneteenth crawfish boil a success. Not only did they arrive at 10:45am, but they were ALL still alive and were impressively big crawfish. Once cooked the smiles and fun could not be contained, and we turned many yankees into crawfish lovers.
