Good Morning, I just wanted to say thank you for the shipment of 600 lbs of crawfish, 200 lbs shrimp, spices and table roll. Out of 600 lbs, I did not see a single dead crawfish in the entire batch. This was amazing and no matter how careful everyone is from packing, shipping, etc., there is normally 2 - 3 dead in each bag. Not this time. From the customer service we received from Avery and staff, to the order itself, I thank you for helping us make our Missouri Crawfish Boil successful for our local Veterans. After expenses, we raised over $10,500 to help us get our homeless Veterans into housing. We will do two smaller boils (around 30 to 90 pounds) in the next two months and will certainly be in contact when we're ready to order.

LCC, Thank You! We are a military family stationed in Kansas and we've used your service twice now with AMAZING results! We used the Easter special for one sack of field run and they were huge and fresh! Remarkably, there were ONLY 4 lost our of a whole sack (all were small and most likely crushed by the larger CFs. You have customers for life! You bring LA culture and to military families that are geographically separated from hometown LA and family. We appreciate you guy!

GREETINGS AND SALUTATIONS..... WE ORDERED FROM U GUYS ON A TUES AND WE GOT HOOKED UP ON THURS, LIKE I REQUESTED. A BAG FULL OF MONSTERS ARRIVED, WE WASHED EM DOWN AND POPPED EM IN THE FRIDGE, UNTILL THE NEXT DAY AT 5PM. WE WASHED EM AGAIN AND ONLY FOUND 5 IN BAD SHAPE. OUT OF A 20 LB BAG. NICE!!!!! WE HAD THE BEST TIME COOKING AND EATING THESE MUDBUGS. THEY WERE HUGE. YOU GUYS AND GIRLS DID A GREAT JOB. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST....SEASONING WAS PERFECT. CANT WAIT TO ORDER AGAIN.

Just wanted to say thank you for a outstanding service you provide. I have received crawfish twice from you once was ten pounds and this last time was 30 pounds. I didn't find one dead crawfish that is amazing to me. I expected to find a couple of dead ones I thought the first time was a fluke. Great job guys keep up the great work.

The crawfish were perfect. Out of the 15 pounds we ordered only six crawfish were dead and once they were cooked they were amazing. I do feel bad though, as a bunch of our family now has the same addiction to crawfish that my wife and I have. I can't thank you enough. Again, a big thank you for your great product.

I received my live crawfish yesterday & am amazed that y'all shipped live crawfish halfway across the country with only 2 dead out of 5lbs!! Live crawfish are not easy to find here in Savannah but I will definitely be ordering more in the near future. PS thanks for the spice & koozie that was really cool of y'all.

I've been a Louisiana Crawfish Company customer for 14 years now! We bought our first 80 lb. batch back in 1999! We've never experienced anything but pleasure and full stomachs at our annual Crawfish Boil and BBQ thanks to you folks! We've just ordered our 80 lb. for this year's bash! Back in the day we did business personally on the phone and we've watched as your business has grown up in the internet era. Because of your attention to detail and customer service we've never needed to look anywhere else for our crawdads when May-June rolls around for our party here at the Jersey Shore. Now if we can get some help this year from the weather so we don't have to fly the giant tarp over the yard this might be the best Crawfish Party and BBQ ever! Thanks for the years of good eating! Hi Everyone! Just wanted to thank you for making our company's first Annual Process Department Cajun Picnic possible! We had about 80 curious Canadians at our event and 120 lbs of crawfish! I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the wonderful job you guys do at handling your orders. My son Josh Martin is in the Army and he usually works out his leave for late spring early fall and we do a big crawfish boil and have a great party while he's home. Sadly this year it was not possible to come home and he was missing home and missing the crawfish boil. I put so much thought into a birthday present for him and didn't come up with anything until Saturday the 17th when I found you guys on a search. I placed the order and tracked every minute of it and today Tuesday the 20th on his birthday he received 30 lbs of crawfish and now he can have his own party with his Army friends (most of them have never had crawfish). He was so excited and so happy he said "mom this is the best idea you have ever had". So I just wanted to take a minute and thank you so much for helping me give my son a wonderful birthday.

We ate our crawfish last night, the 3rd order in two weeks, and they were great. I have not seen better crawfish in years. I think we have ordered crawfish 5 times this season and we are still not done. Thanks for selling a good product. In the past other companies have sold us trash, I lived in LA for 30 years, I know what crawfish should look like and cost. Thanks for not taking advantage of people and selling a great product.

OMG!!!! It has been several years since we have been to New Orleans. I wanted to do something this year since we couldn't get back there, so I brought it to us. The crawfish and gulf shrimp (head on) were just delicious! My boyfriend didn't know about it so when he walked in, he was just floored! You should have seen his face when he saw that they were alive. By the way, my cat got a grip of the claws himself! I ordered a couple of ball caps and did the trial size of crawfish. The seasoning you sent with it was awesome also. It was such a hit! We sat around the kitchen table and ate them like we were kids with a special treat. I will definitely order from you again and will recommend you to other people. By the way, I only had 3 that were dead and a couple crushed out of the 10 lbs I ordered. It was worth it and brought back some of the romance in our lives! We had great fun in the kitchen!

Ordered crawfish from you for the first time this week and just finished my first crawfish dinner in 2 years. They were superb...only about4 dead one in the 20lbs I ordered will definitely order again and recommend to all my friends. Thanks!

For the first time we tried a crawfish boil here in Colorado. I got the order for my birthday and those that I shared it with have never done it before. We had the most fun preparing the boil and eating the entire 10lbs. There were three of us and we did the boil in our apartment. I was extremely impressed with the service that you gave us and how prompt you were with it. I got numerous orders from different companies for my birthday and your company was by far the best in service and taste. I had neighbors stopping by because the aroma was so good. Now they all want to do a big crawfish boil and we are in the process of putting that together and of course, we will order only from you. I really appreciate the fact the everything was in box and ready to go. All we needed to add was the potato and corn. Your video on how to care for the crawfish until boil and how to boil, was more than helpful in the process. I could not be more satisfied with the quality, service, price, and product your company provides. Growing up in Mississippi and having a father that lives in New Orleans, I have always associated the spring months with crawfish boils. But, ever since moving to Washington, DC two years ago, I haven't been able to enjoy my favorite crustacean in quite the way I was accustomed to. That is, until I ordered 100 lbs of fresh, live crawfish for my cookout this past weekend! They came off the FedEx truck the morning of the party--just as y'all had promised they would--and, after a thorough cleaning, I found maybe a dozen didn't survive the overnight trip from Louisiana. Oh, and these mudbugs were HUGE with big, meaty tails and claws! The boil was a raging success and my friends and I were able to show our non-Southern guests how to clean, cook, and eat fresh crawfish the proper way. So long as I live in this area, I will never purchase crawfish from anyone outside of the Louisiana Crawfish Company.
