Hi people of the the Louisiana Crawfish Company~ I just wanted to write to say thank you for your fabulous and super speedy service. Your website is very user friendly as well~ I ordered alligator tenderloins and they showed up promptly on the day I requested and I couldn't be happier! I'm sure I'll be a returning customer after the holiday season. Thanks again and have a great holiday!

Good Morning, I just wanted to say thank you for the shipment of 600 lbs of crawfish, 200 lbs shrimp, spices and table roll. Out of 600 lbs, I did not see a single dead crawfish in the entire batch. This was amazing and no matter how careful everyone is from packing, shipping, etc., there is normally 2 - 3 dead in each bag. Not this time. From the customer service we received from Avery and staff, to the order itself, I thank you for helping us make our Missouri Crawfish Boil successful for our local Veterans. After expenses, we raised over $10,500 to help us get our homeless Veterans into housing. We will do two smaller boils (around 30 to 90 pounds) in the next two months and will certainly be in contact when we're ready to order.

I have to tell you that the Crawfish and Shrimp we ordered last week were fantastic!! The boil that you send with it was prefect. So I am passing on Kudos, we will definitely order from you every time. We even had people eating them that had never tried them before and they love them. So thank you for making our get together a success.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that you had sent an additional order of crawdads! This was far beyond my expectations! I was actually able to salvage about 9 pounds from the order that was held up in Memphis for 16 hours. I only lost 6 from the additional order. Thank you so much for making this a special time for us. We had a few " no shows" but had a grand time. I have pictures, see below. Extreme thanks to LA Crawfish for their customer support and follow up on this order. You were in touch with me through all of the issues with the order. A major miss by FedEx, but no fault of yours. I recently placed my first order with you for 35 lbs of Crawfish. They arrived right on time packaged perfectly. They were the star of my first annual Mardi Gras party. I had planned to get some pictures to post on your facebook but I also made 3 gallons of hurricanes so pictures were forgotten! I will be ordering from you again! I just recieved 50 pounds of the largest, liveliest, and most beautiful jumbo crawfish I have ever seen. I've been ordering these critters from various places for the last 5 years for my annual crawfish boil, and I have never recieved better. I've even ordered from you guys in the past. Let me tell you, having tried other places the last couple years, Im back with you guys for good. Kudos to you and your wonderfully run business, and thanks for your outstanding service.

Aloha, y'all - I just wanted to let you know the bugs traveled from you to Honolulu just fine, arrived cold and fresh and right on time, and we had a fantastic boil, Hawaiian style. I just love showing off our wonderful food to folks who were not so fortunate to be born in Louisiana, and the crawfish you supplied were perfect! Now if the Saints will please just have a great 2011 season so we have an excuse to do it again!

Just wanted to let you know that this is the first year we have used your company for our annual crawfish boil. Our group comes from North Baton Rouge, Slidell, Lafourche Parish, and New Orleans. We have found each other over the years and crave La. food as much as we can get it. You guys delivered every thing you promised and then some. The crawfish were beautiful, clean and kicking. The last sack was not boiled till the next day and only 20 crawfish were found dead. That is better than we have had when buying back home in La. We are know permanet customers and look foward to our next shipment for Memorial Day weekend. So glad we found you..

Hi Everyone! Just wanted to thank you for making our company's first Annual Process Department Cajun Picnic possible! We had about 80 curious Canadians at our event and 120 lbs of crawfish! It was a huge success, the crawfish were big and they tasted amazing even though they were shipped frozen. Thanks again for doing a great job and being so friendly on the phone. You guys at LCC are the best!! This is our first party pack of the year and there is no way the crawfish could have been any better! Photos were taken by some of our guests that more accurately depict what a grand time we had. I hope to email you these and you see all our very happy faces and a stack of steaming crawfish before we sat down. Once again YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!!

Our family wanted to send a Thank You to your company for making my wife's birthday in Southern California unforgettable. It has been 2 years since my kids have had crawfish and they were so excited. Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that this year's crawfish boil at our home was a huge success thanks to the Louisiana Crawfish Company. We had 60 people in attendence (40 of which have attended each of the last 3 years) and they all said that this year's crawfish were the best ever! I have traditionally used another company's spices (I won't say which one, let's just say it starts with a "Z") and I gotta tell ya, your spices had much more flavor, was less salty and gave the crawfish a great kick. I appreciated your follow-up call to check on the flight schedule and delivery status. Overall, I can't think of a better experience when ordering live crawfish, The Croissant Crawfish Boil has finally found a crawfish supplier we can depend on and will be calling again soon for another shipment. A big thank you to LA Crawfish company for making my seafood boil a HUGE success. I placed my order on a Monday and my crawfish arrived Friday morning at 10am. I was surprised that they arrived so early since I live in a rural area. When I opened the box they were alive and well. Our boil wasn't until Saturday so I had to keep them alive until then. They did really well overnight in the container then I put them in a stock tank Saturday morning and gave them a little water so the kids could pick them up and have races. I only lost about 20 crawfish out of 30lbs keeping them alive for the next day. That isn't bad at all. I am a native of Thibodaux and have lived in Missouri for 17 years so this a great way to bring a little cajun country to the midwest. No one at the party had ever eaten crawfish before but it didn't take long for them to learn how to peel and chow down. Even had a few that loved to suck the heads! Thanks again for your great customer service and wonderful product. We will be doing this annually now and I have already reffered several friends to your company.
