I want to thank all the hands involved at Louisiana Crawfish! Thank You for your efforts! With the Covid-19 pandemic, stay at home orders, and kids out of school...this Memorial Day was very different to say the least. However, I have typically hosted a crawfish boil on Memorial Day for many years, and it is part of our family tradition. My order was successfully delivered to North Carolina early Saturday morning, the website was easy to use, and I was relieved when that package arrived knowing that many hands at Louisiana Crawfish Company made it happen. I thoroughly enjoyed getting together and celebrating with my family and friends later that afternoon. My wife is a Louisiana native, she absolutely loves crawfish, and it does my heart good to prepare these for her! I believe my pot was spicy enough to kill any virus, and there was enough garlic in my boil to keep all the vampires away too! Thanks again for helping us keep our family tradition alive during these uncertain times. Just getting together, away from the news, proved to be a just what I needed. Louisiana Crawfish Company is definitely an essential business in my book!

Good Morning, I just wanted to say thank you for the shipment of 600 lbs of crawfish, 200 lbs shrimp, spices and table roll. Out of 600 lbs, I did not see a single dead crawfish in the entire batch. This was amazing and no matter how careful everyone is from packing, shipping, etc., there is normally 2 - 3 dead in each bag. Not this time. From the customer service we received from Avery and staff, to the order itself, I thank you for helping us make our Missouri Crawfish Boil successful for our local Veterans. After expenses, we raised over $10,500 to help us get our homeless Veterans into housing. We will do two smaller boils (around 30 to 90 pounds) in the next two months and will certainly be in contact when we're ready to order.

I just want to thank the great folks at LACRAWFISH.COM for overcoming Federal Express losing our first shipment. One call to your fine company and you sent out a duplicate shipment that arrived to our home in perfect time for our party. I cannot thank you enough for saving the day!

Louisiana Crawfish Company, Just a huge THANK YOU for the blue crabs I purchased. So you understand why I say THANK YOU, so loud, let me explain: Being born and raised in Maryland, I moved to Alabama ten years ago. I am a Damn Yankee living in the south; however I married a sweet southern girl and moved her home. My major deprivation living here is the blue crab. Blue crabs are the only crab to me. Over the years restaurants would claim to have Maryland style crabs and crab cakes. My family would cringe while I would question the waiter and make the “chef” mad. The Dungeness is a blue crab. “The can it comes in says…” were wrong answers. My wife says I’m particular, I choose the word finicky. Your company promised and delivered. Your crabs were fresh, cold, and ready for the steamer. They were heavy, no paper shells, and sweet. I purchased 3 dozen, and am satisfied. I haven’t had steamed blue crabs in years. With the leftover crabs, I picked about two pounds of meat for crab cakes. The seasoning you sent with it was a nice touch. If any displaced Marylander's are reading this: You will not be disappointed with Louisiana Crawfish Company. • Order your blue crabs • Get out the can of Old Bay and a steamer pot • put on your Orioles hat • Crack open a Natty Boh, if you have one • Boh in one hand, crab mallet in the other • Wait by the front door. If you can follow these simple steps, you will be happy “Hon.” Again THANK YOU.

Just a note to thank ya all for our first crawfish boil. Everything was perfect. Your seasoning is second to none. (its good on bass also) The only problem was, I didn't order enough. I plan on havin a boil over the 4th of July so I will be ordering enough to fill my tractor front end loader. Thanks again and I'll be placin my order soon! Gib, from the hills of Pa.

Just wanted to let y'all know that you made my birthday party one of the BEST ever!! My Dad wanted to do a boil for me for my 38th birthday... he had done a boil before at his place for his friends,but I have not been there for it... he lives about 2.5 hours away from me,and it just never worked out for me to make it to one of his boils... Its been about 8 years since I have had a genuine crawfish...there used to have an annual festival down here in south Florida,but for whatever reason they stopped doing that. Dad ordered 30 lbs of the selects,made sure the billing address was him and the shipping address was me...had them overnighted and arrived from Fed Ex the next day right on time at 10:30 AM...we were doing the boil at 7pm so we had plenty of time to get everything ready.. They arrived well packed and almost EVERY one was alive...maybe a total of 5-10 were crushed or otherwise dead, but overall everybody looked good! The spices were just terrific and the crawfish were absolutely amazing.. All my friend had a great time and I cant wait to order from you again. Thanks for making my birthday one of the best ever! Hello LA Crawfish Co. Attached is our party picture of the week. I recently celebrated my bachelor party with a Pheasant Hunting trip to Martz’s Hunting Preserve (http://www.martzs.com/) located in Dalmatia Pennsylvania. To say the least it was a weekend with indulgence and pure gluttony. Our indulgence included, Crawfish Boil from LA Crawfish Co, and a wild game meal including: Turkey, Pheasant, Chucker's, Emu, and Venison. As usual the highlight of our feasting was the Crawfish Boil. Also, I want to express my appreciation and gratitude to LA Crawfish CO for providing awesome customer service and the highest quality product in the industry. Just wanted to say how awesome this whole experience was! We live in Pittsburgh, and you can't get crawfish ANYWHERE here, and I surprised my boyfriend (who used to live in S. Carolina) for his birthday dinner this weekend, and it was just amazing. We are already planning when we can do it again :) Thanks!

I just wanted to write you and tell you how amazing your Turducken is. My family ordered our first one for Thanksgiving this year and we loved it. My husband is coming home from his 4th tour in Iraq for Christmas and I will be ordering another one this week so he will have a chance to try one. Just wanted to let you know that this is the first year we have used your company for our annual crawfish boil. Our group comes from North Baton Rouge, Slidell, Lafourche Parish, and New Orleans. We have found each other over the years and crave La. food as much as we can get it. You guys delivered every thing you promised and then some. The crawfish were beautiful, clean and kicking. The last sack was not boiled till the next day and only 20 crawfish were found dead. That is better than we have had when buying back home in La. We are know permanet customers and look foward to our next shipment for Memorial Day weekend. So glad we found you..

I am originaly from Harvey,La. Moved to michigan 20 years ago. I have been searching to get crayfish all this time at a decent rate and came apon your website last year! Got 100 lbs last year and will do the same or more this year(2009)!!! yYou guys rule.The quality,size and freshness of your crayfish is SECOND TO NONE! Heck I could not get crayfish this good even when I lived in Louisiana! Will be ordering soon.

Got the "bugs" on Friday afternoon and the boil was Sat. at 3. I can't tell you all how great they were!! I miss living in Texas and getting "bugs" really easy! Now that I live in Atlanta I can still have my crawfish boil each year without a worry! You all have a loyal customer for life!! Thanks so much!!

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with your service and product. I ordered 20lbs of shrimp for a Mother's Day shrimp boil. They arrived intact, on time, and still frozen solid. We just moved to the midwest from the gulf coast of Texas and miss out availablity of fresh seafood. The party was a great with lots of comments about quality of the shrimp. They all loved the Cajun spices that were included in the order.
