Louisiana Crawfish Company

We have always used Cajun grocer and this was our first year using Louisiana crawfish company. Not only were they cheaper, but they had better crawfish. They came on time with absolutely no issues. We loved everything about this company. Highly recommended.

Happy Thanksgiving! My little family has had turducken for Thanksgiving ever since Hurricane Katrina when we wanted to support Louisana small businesses from up North here in Maryland. We'd always purchased it from another business until this year when the usual merchant was out of stock of the size turducken we wanted. I'm not sure how I found LACrawfish, but you had what we wanted so I ordered from you.! Yesterday, my husband fired up his pellet grill, we unwrapped our turducken(with jambalaya stuffing) basted it with our traditional butter & olive oil mix and let 'er rip. We will never buy from another grocer again. The LACrawfish turducken was MAGNIFICENT, every one of us determined that it was indisputably the best one we have ever had. The dressing was perfect, the seasoning was perfect, it was PERFECT. And the day after, it is nearly gone. Maybe next round we'll order one a bit larger! It's been a challenging year, but Thanksgiving was extra special thanks to the main dish!!! There has even been a suggestion to do a repeat for Christmas!!! Thanks again! Wow, you all never disappoint! My go to crawfish folks for several years now and my birthday weekend was no different. McKayla (I hope I spelled it right) was amazingly sweet and seemed to know exactly what I needed. I'm a Gulfport MS boy transplanted in Kentucky in the Army and just stayed! Yesterday I put on another crawfish class for the folks that use crawfish for bait! When I picked up the crawfish the FedEx lady said "thank goodness you're here, these things scare me!". I told her if they were open later I'd bring her some freshly cooked; she declined and told me others had crawfish to pick up and she'll be glad when they are gone. I told her not to give them to the customers unless they are Louisiana Crawfish Company so she wouldn't be the one ruining their weekend! Smile!! Dear LaCrawfish Team, I want to send you all a heart filled thank you! I received our order on Friday and it exceeded every expectation. Originally from Georgia, but went to college in New Orleans. I moved back to Georgia shortly after graduating in 2002 but have truly missed the taste of Louisiana, Crawfish. After 17 years away, I visited New Orleans in 2018 and the first thing we grabbed were Crawfish when we visited then. I was a little nervous ordering online and doing a boil as it was the first to both. The package arrived timely and out of the entire shipment there were only a handfull that I had to discard. After watching your how to videos, our 1st crawfish boil was a success!!! This was so needed at the time that we are in. Our family had a blast and all complimented the taste brought back memories of me while visiting me in New Orleans for my basketball games. So Thank You and we are now making this a family tradition. “The Crawford Crawfish Boil”. Thank you again, and we will place many orders to come.

I just wanted to to say that my wife and I just celebrated our 29th anniversary. We ordered 35 pounds of crawfish y'all delivered them with perfect timing and they were wonderful. Just wanted to say thanks. We had a great feast.

I have to tell you that the Crawfish and Shrimp we ordered last week were fantastic!! The boil that you send with it was prefect. Our crawfish boil was a HUGE success here in Boulder, CO. Wife and I went to LSU and tried to recreate a good crawfish boil for some newbies. Crawfish arrived on time, were clean and big and I counted ONE dead one. Crawfish were delicious....one mild batch and one that gave you a sweat moustache. Howdy Folks, Just wanted to drop a line and say Thank You for such good service and a great product! I ordered live crawfish to be shipped to my in-laws in Idaho. The order arrived on time, in perfect condition and without anything missing. They had a great boil and enjoyed the mudbugs very much. This was not my first order from LA Crawfish, and it definitely will not be my last.

Good afternoon and Greetings from Loveland, CO... A quick note to follow up with a "Colorado Crawfish Boil Report" On April 8th, our daughter turned 40 years old. We have lived in Loveland for the past 10 years. Previously, we lived in Texas for 30 years and had our share of Crawfish Boils. Jody can to me and said "dad, I want to have a Crawfish Boil for my Birthday...." We ordered the crawfish on Friday, April 8th, received the crawfish on Saturday, April 9th and had the party on Sunday, April 10. I called down and spoke with your customer service and told them what I wanted to do...... She mentioned that they do not recommend waiting another day to do the boil, however, it could and can be done...and gave suggestions on how to keep the crawfish over night... We had a "Very Successful Boil" We were pleased and surprised at the "VERY FEW" casualties that we had in the 60 pounds that we purchased... Thanks and Thanks and Thanks.. Sorry for the late response, but I can't let it go with out saying that you costumer service is outstanding you products are the best we've had, to be expected. My family had a great boil. We will keep doing this every year , they liked the two boils that may be the new pre summer party's. Thanks again you are a pleasure to deal with. You and all your family's have a great year. Also when the kids see your box on the porch they say ahayeee until the boils over.

Louisiana Crawfish Company rules-period! Our June 7, 2014 boil kicked. Your crawfish, head on shrimp, and headless shrimp arrived at their Ohio destination in pristine shape. They were spectacular in taste and many Ohio crawfish eating converts have been created. We have another boil scheduled in July of this year. We will be calling and ordering more shortly. Your company has helped us with several boils in the past few years and we are appreciative of the service, product, professionalism and yes- the pleasant manner in which you have treated us. I live in the Louisville Ky area and went and had excellent Cajun food at a place called Joe's Ok Bayou. Your seasoning sits on each table. I had to try it and found that I liked it very much. It isn't like typical Cajun seasonings. There is more flavoring to it than just heat. I then had to ask my waitress if they sold your seasoning and to my delight she said yes. I bought it and it is as every bit of greatness as in the restaurant. It is an excellent steak seasoning. Thank you for making such a great product

Wanted to send a huge thank you for sending the most amazing crawfish, shrimp and sausage. We have ordered from you several times when we lived in GA and now in KS. We have indoctrinated some friends into the fun of a crawfish/low country boil. It was a wonderful sendoff with our friends before we all leave Fort Leavenworth for places all over the world!

We received our crawfish live & healthy. We were so excited. We haven't had live crawfish since leaving the area after Katrina! We were celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary. Boiling crawfish, drinking wine & listening to some good blues made us like we back in New Orleans! Thanks for the memorable anniversary. We plan to make it an annual anniversary celebration!
