Louisiana Crawfish Company

We have always used Cajun grocer and this was our first year using Louisiana crawfish company. Not only were they cheaper, but they had better crawfish. They came on time with absolutely no issues. We loved everything about this company. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to say that the crawfish were excellent. I was so worried about how they would travel and the quality , but my husband was floored at how much meat they held and how good they were. Thank you so much for a good quality product. It made his birthday even better.

I just wanted to write to thank you all for your help with our crawfish order this past weekend. We've ordered without trouble several times in the past, but this year the delivery got delayed due to issues with FedEx. Throughout, we appreciated your looking into the situation and keeping us updated. The crawfish arrived at our door at 5:55pm. Although this was six hours after FedEx's guaranteed noon delivery, we were able to quickly whisky them off to the backyard for a rinse and a cool wait for our boil the next day. And, despite the long trip, they turned out just great, as always. Thank you for all of your help in making it so!

I just wanted to thank you making our crawfish boil in Connecticut a success. Being from Southern Louisiana. I was worried about ordering crawfish and having them shipped. I have been so homesick and when I received the email about the specials for Father's day, I decided to give it a try. My husband thought is was the best father's day gift ever. We had may 10 crawfish out of 60lb that died. We invited all our neighbors and friends, they couldn't get over how awesome the boil was. We've decided to make this an annual tradition. Thank you again for sending home to me.

Just a quick note about my recent order. I was very hesitant to order pre-cooked crawfish for our upcoming party. I was worried they would spoil, or be too spicy for some of my guests. I decided to try them anyway. The phone order process was SO easy and professional. They arrived exactly on time and they were DELICIOUS! We had a mudbug feeding frenzy and everyone was happy!!! We have been planning a big party for my wife's 50th Birthday out in California. She is from Louisiana. We are having a Crawfish Boil in the backyard and wanted to be as authentic as possible. Accordingly, we found your website. BTW- it is a great website and easy to use. We were nervous about ordering the frozen perishable crawfish, but with all of the great testimonials and explanations on shipping, I felt more secure. We placed the order on Wednesday for Thursday delivery. We also ordered some other party items that we wanted immediately as well. Cori called me on Wednesday and was outstanding in helping me get everything ordered. On Thursday morning, Cori called me and explained there was a problem with Fed Ex overnight. The crawfish were stuck in Ft. Worth unrefrigerated and ruined. She immediately told me that she was reshipping and recalling the bad shipment. I was extremely impressed by Cori and Louisiana Crawfish for taking the initiative to track my order for me and identify a problem, even though it wasn't their fault. It was Fed Ex's fault. The reshipment was received in good order today and we will have a great memory and party. Cori and Louisiana Crawfish went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Our second "near Chicago" crawfish boil was a smash success Saturday. And Louisiana Crawfish Co. is the best. The 60 lbs. of crawfish arrived on time. I did not find a single "damaged" critter in the whole bunch. Special praise is due to you for your great communications, order receipt, order confirmation, order shipping and order tracking. I have twice now had native Louisianans say that these were the best crawfish they had ever eaten. And our northern rookie friends dived in with a passion (after the first bite). Praise doesn't get much higher.

Hi, Just wanted to let you know I recieved my order last week and everthing was in order. The shrimp were excellant.I have not had shrimp that good since I purchased fresh off a boat in Florida years back. I just had to write and tell you how satisfied I was with your crawfish. The 15 lbs. of crawfish came right on schedule and they were ALL big and alive! Moving from Dallas to Philadelphia recently, I was extremely disappointed to realize that there are no crawfish up in the northeast. I chose you guys for the fact that I could purchase the crawfish by the pound and not by bulk like other companies. Thank God that you guys exist and that your products and services are so affordable! Also, I'm hooked on your seasoning and will no longer be using that salty Louisiana Crab Boil brand anymore. Hi, I am originally from Louisiana and now live in Michigan. Although I have been to many crawfish boils growing up back home, I have never hosted such an event. To be honest, I was very nervous and anxious about the enitire process. Your team at Louisiana Crawfish Co was such a pleasure to deal with. They couldn't have made it any easier for me. I just wanted to let you know how great your company is. We placed our very first order with you last week, received it Saturday and boiled it Sunday. I had to hold it 30 hours after receiving it so I called and asked for advice. After following the instructions I received, when it came tie to boil, there was not a single dead crawfish in the bag. The quality of your products and staff are OUTSTANDING. We will be ordering again!!
