I want to thank all the hands involved at Louisiana Crawfish! Thank You for your efforts! With the Covid-19 pandemic, stay at home orders, and kids out of school...this Memorial Day was very different to say the least. However, I have typically hosted a crawfish boil on Memorial Day for many years, and it is part of our family tradition. My order was successfully delivered to North Carolina early Saturday morning, the website was easy to use, and I was relieved when that package arrived knowing that many hands at Louisiana Crawfish Company made it happen. I thoroughly enjoyed getting together and celebrating with my family and friends later that afternoon. My wife is a Louisiana native, she absolutely loves crawfish, and it does my heart good to prepare these for her! I believe my pot was spicy enough to kill any virus, and there was enough garlic in my boil to keep all the vampires away too! Thanks again for helping us keep our family tradition alive during these uncertain times. Just getting together, away from the news, proved to be a just what I needed. Louisiana Crawfish Company is definitely an essential business in my book!

I wanted to give you feedback on my recent order. I recently ordered 20 lbs of Crawfish, 5 lbs of Shrimp, Boidan and a hat. This is my 4th or 5th order from you. Crawfish were healthy. Alex thought it would be funny to let one pinch him. This provided entertainment for 15 minutes. Boidan tasted much better than my brother's homemade attempt. I'll say I didn't say this if asked. There was a fight for the hat. I won. Quality of all the food was excellent. Same as the previous orders. You guys rock! Customer for life! Aloha and Happy New Year!!! I just want to say "Thank You". I received my order as expected and was as "Fresh" as if I had purchased it there. I really appreciate you offering free shipment on orders over $100 and having PayPal as a mean for making a purchase. The only bad thing was I didn't order enough Hog Head Cheese. Downed the 1st within minutes and finished the second one today. Is there any possibilities of you adding cracklings? Sincerely, Steve

I've been ordering crawfish from LA Crawfish Co for a least 8 years now. This year I ordered 150 lbs of Jumbo for our Annual Memorial Day Weekend Crawdadapalooza at Lake Anna. When I picked up the order at the Fedex facility on friday, they were packed in three smaller boxes, rather than two larger boxes. They were easier to handle and arrived without any damage. I was happy to see that there were more gel packs in the boxes then in the past, very happy to find only about a dozen dead crawfish in the whole order. This year's Crawdadapalooza was a great success, and we're all now looking forward to next year's big event. Thank you all for doing such a great job.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that you had sent an additional order of crawdads! This was far beyond my expectations! I was actually able to salvage about 9 pounds from the order that was held up in Memphis for 16 hours. I only lost 6 from the additional order. Thank you so much for making this a special time for us. We had a few " no shows" but had a grand time. I have pictures, see below. Extreme thanks to LA Crawfish for their customer support and follow up on this order. You were in touch with me through all of the issues with the order. A major miss by FedEx, but no fault of yours. Dear Louisiana Crawfish, I would just like to say that you guys "ROCK". Wow! You get "5-Stars"!! I ordered Boudin yesterday and it arrived today well packaged. I was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, but both of my parents were born and raised in Lake Charles and Calfax, Louisiana. We grew up on Boudin and ate it all the time. After 26 years in the U.S. Navy and ultimately settling down in San Diego, CA I have been looking for a place to order Boudin and have it delivered right at my door. I was little hesitant about ordering a perishable item thinking that it might arrive in bad condition, but you totally dispelled that notion. The Boudin was not only well packaged, but I tried the Comeaux Pork Boudin (hot spicy) and it was "FANTASTIC". All I can say is WOW! I ordered fresh crawfish for my first boil a couple weeks ago for delivery today. At about 11:45 this morning, FedEx showed up with my 30 pounds of bugs. I'd never cooked them prior to today, only enjoyed them. The enclesed spices were great. I cooked 15 lbs at a time, since my cooker was relatively small. The first batch was a bit spicy for the other partygoers (I thought it was great), so I scaled back the spices on the second batch. Everybody was absolutely thrilled. Most had never tasted crawfish before and all who tried them thought they were fantastic. We'll definitely buy again. Thanks Louisiana Crawfish! Thanks to you, I was the hero of the day. Really, you guys were the heroes. I just followed the instructions. All in all, EXCELLENT!!!

Hello family, I'm from Grambling, Louisiana and was stationed in Bethesda, MD from 2007-2009. There are a lot of people from Louisiana there.I had a crawfish boil and fish fryback in 2008.I ordered 150 pounds of crawfish some gator meat from yall. I had gumbo,catfish, bbq chicken, sodas, a cake at the cook out. I did my own thing on the base. People came that are not from LA and never eaten gator or crawfish; when it was all said and done I hade only bottles of water left. Everyone was like were did the crawfish come from this big, and my reply was from the home state the only place in the world to get the good stuff. Thanks for everything!

Thank you for our order of the 10 lb crawfish party pack, received last Saturday before noon. My husband who is cajun and in the US Navy, stationed in California, was really suprised with his early father's day present. He had as much fun playing with them before cooking them as he did eating them. We had about 10 dead crawfish. The remaining were large and very active. We were pleased with the product, service, as well as your very reasonable prices and will certainly order again in the near future (our older son is an exchange student in Costa Rica and he is a big crawfish lover, so we definitely have to have more of your crawfish when he comes back to the states)!

David McGraw, You will not remember me I know but we met years ago through my friend Becki Martin. She worked for you at the time in Alexandria, LA. I live in Columbus, OH but I am from LA. I know, WHAT AM I DOING IN OHIO! Anyway, I called Becki and asked her how I could get crawfish shipped up here, and of course she recommended you and your company, and reminded me that I had met you. So I logged onto your web site and ordered 50lbs of live crawfish. First, let me say, the crawfish were wonderful, and quite a hit with these yankees up here! They loved it! The size was GREAT!! The way you ship them is great! I was very impressed and will order from you again, for sure! Made me PROUD to be from Louisiana! We want to plan another crawfish boil, a bigger one actually, I would like to know what are the optimum months to order? And I was unaware that you had a crawfish club at the time I ordered, so I would also like to know, how can I add my previous order to the club so as to take advantage of the benefits or points. Got the "bugs" on Friday afternoon and the boil was Sat. at 3. I can't tell you all how great they were!! I miss living in Texas and getting "bugs" really easy! Now that I live in Atlanta I can still have my crawfish boil each year without a worry! You all have a loyal customer for life!! Thanks so much!!

I made my first order yesterday (a trial size), and let me say I had a wonderful experience. The crawfish was fresh and the delivery is exactly what you stated. It was fast! Dear LA Crawfish Company, I just want to say 'thank you' for helping to make our Christmas dinner so special, this year. My sister, and my nieces wanted to have crawfish etouffee, instead of the traditional fare, and I agreed. The 5 pounds of tail meat that I ordered from you arrived safetly, and on time, which is always appreciated. I will say this-there aren't very many things that can make a family delay opening thier gifts on Christmas Day, but once the etouffee was ready, all we could think about was eating, instead! All of my guests were very complimentary of the food, and I told them that when you prepare an authentic, creole dish, like this, the crawfish have to come from Louisiana. Your product, and your service are 'top shelf', and I would highly recommend your company to anyone. I wish you continued success, in 2010.
