Louisiana Crawfish Company

I just wanted to thank y'all. I am a Southerner from Arkansas, working for a large construction management firm. I have been in Iowa over a year now. The only crawfish they have up here are the frozen ones at the casino buffet. YUCK. When I found out that I could have crawfish flown up here, I will admit I was a bit skeptical. But I have now had two boils in Iowa, (175lbs.) most of the people around here had never had fresh crawfish before and now they are fans! You guys are great, and if this damn coronavirus will ever go away, I plan on having a BIG boil. Keep up the good work....because of y'all I feel a little less homesick.

I don't need any help, I just wanted to let you guys know that I ordered a sack of crawfish on Friday 4/26 that was delivered to us on 4/27 over here in Saint Augustine, Florida. They arrived, and man did we eat good. For field run crawfish they were mostly huge, I'd say way above average. Being from New Orleans and living out of the state now, its darn near impossible to get good oysters, crabs, shrimp that taste like gulf shrimp, and absolutely impossible to find good crawfish. You guys did an amazing job at what I think was a better than fair price. There were maybe a dozen dead crawfish in the whole sack, and that's probably because we waited to eat them on Sunday. They were clean, and the honestly the best I've ever had. You guys made my 8 year old's day and made me realize just how proud I am to be from Louisiana!

Greetings from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina: We received our order as promised last Saturday at the FedEx facility in Myrtle Beach, SC. We had a company event entitled Celebrate Summer which started on June 10, 2017 at 5:00pm. We opened the package and found the crawfish to be alive but still cold - just right to boil along with seasoning. After rinsing (these were purged and select grade) and putting on to boil - they turned out perfect and made a wonderful addition to our shrimp and BBQ chicken. We hosted upwards of 75 people and the crawfish were the centerpiece of our event. Rest assured, I will be using you for future events as I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and your customer service. Thank you once again! A note to Avery: I just wanted to say thanks for helping us out on Saturday to get to the bottom of the shipping company's freakout (they called us on delivery day saying the shipment was damaged, it would be a complete loss, and they were getting rid of the crawfish). You straightened them out, and all 100 pounds eventually got delivered safe and sound and ON-TIME, completely fine and ready to cook! The party was a huge success. Thank you!

just wanted to say thank you for doing what y'all do. I'm in KY and ordered my crawfish on Thursday and had it Monday morning for my boil that afternoon. It was amazing! It was also my first boil and it couldn't have gone any better. The instructions in the pamphlet helped like non other. I only had about 10 dead of my 10 pound bag (which I expected) so I'm pleased with the delivery of live crawfish. Overall I want to say thank you so much for helping me have a great boil and to be able to teach my friends how to eat them delicious creatures. Couldn't be happier and will be returning.

Hi, Just wanted to let you know I recieved my order last week and everthing was in order. The shrimp were excellant.I have not had shrimp that good since I purchased fresh off a boat in Florida years back. I will continue to be a customer as long as your product remains as good as my first order. I am trying the gator nuggets tonite. Keep up the good work.

I just love showing off our wonderful food to folks who were not so fortunate to be born in Louisiana, and the crawfish you supplied were perfect! Now if the Saints will please just have a great 2011 season so we have an excuse to do it again!

I couldn't be happier with the crawfish I recieved on friday. We didnt cook them till saturday around 4. But when we did start cooking we only found a few that didnt make it. Great product! I will be ordering from you again.

I've never had a crawfish boil outside of the southern LA/MS area until my order from the Louisiana Crawfish Company arrived on Saturday at 11am in Williamsburg, VA. Everything was GREAT! We had a mix of visitors who attended our cooking event, some never had crawfish and those who grew up in the New Orleans area, as myself, but live outside of the crawfish eating crawfish community. We now have some new Crawfish Eating Fans and some full Louisianans. The Louisiana Crawfish Company made this event a Great Success! Zero complaints, everything was on time with good size crustaceans. We will be making our Virginia Crawfish Boil an annual event. Thank you!

Just wanted to say thanks for the amazing crawdads! I had 95lbs shipped to Chicago on Friday for a Saturday afternoon boil, and they were amazing! Almost all were still alive and squirmin' come boil time. They were clean, big, and shells were easy to peel! I have a couple of friends from New Orleans up here and they were very impressed with the quality of them. I will definitely recommend y'all to others, and I most definitely will order from you again, as my friends are wanting me to make my crawfish boil a yearly event. Thanks!!

I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful your shrimp are! I was a little skeptical to order any but I am so glad I did! This is by far the best shrimp I have eaten. I used to buy shrimp from usaamericanshrimp.com but not anymore! Your shrimp are a better deal and better shrimp! You now have a new customer for life! I will be placing an order again very soon! What can we say? We had a fabulous 4th of July in Jasper, Indiana - and the main item on the menu was crawfish from the Louisiana Crawfish Company. Our guests could not believe what we were serving - and they were just as good as we remember tasting down in Louisiana on a trip to visit a cousin over ten years ago. The box had a little damage upon arrival - but the crawfish were all fine. We were even able to have a few crawfish races prior to the big boil. So glad we found you on the internet - your website is fantastic and we would recommend your company to anyone and everyone! Thanks so much - perhaps we will order again!

I know, WHAT AM I DOING IN OHIO! Anyway, I called Becki and asked her how I could get crawfish shipped up here, and of course she recommended you and your company, and reminded me that I had met you. So I logged onto your web site and ordered 50lbs of live crawfish. First, let me say, the crawfish were wonderful, and quite a hit with these yankees up here! They loved it! The size was GREAT!! The way you ship them is great! I was very impressed and will order from you again, for sure! Made me PROUD to be from Louisiana! We want to plan another crawfish boil, a bigger one actually, I would like to know what are the optimum months to order? They were excellent, taking us back to when we had them @ Catfish Juction in Leesville, LA on our past vacation this past February.
