We had our 5th annual Dayton/Crawfish fest yesterday. 90 pounds of awesomeness enjoyed by over 60 people. It was barely above freezing but we loved our indoor/outdoor boil made possible by your incredible company. We only took our gloves off to eat. Y'all have made a 77 year-old Louisiana native very happy! The crawfish I received today was excellent. I like mine cold, so all I had to do was thaw them out. The size, quality, taste, and shipping were outstanding

Hello everyone at Louisiana Crawfish :-)(special thanks to Cori who helped me with tons of questions and preparing my order) I wanted to let you know our delivery is in hand it arrived a few hours ago and all is absolutely wonderful ....I can't wait for my husband to get home from work for his birthday present - what a wonderful memory filled meal we will have tonight, We lived in Moss Bluff outside Lake Charles for 10 years and have not had Crawfish since coming to Nova Scotia in 1999 - this is going to be a fun evening to reminise and enjoy some wonderful food! I just wanted to thank you making our crawfish boil in Connecticut a success. Being from Southern Louisiana. I was worried about ordering crawfish and having them shipped. I have been so homesick and when I received the email about the specials for Father's day, I decided to give it a try. My husband thought is was the best father's day gift ever. We had may 10 crawfish out of 60lb that died. We invited all our neighbors and friends, they couldn't get over how awesome the boil was. We've decided to make this an annual tradition. Thank you again for sending home to me.

I just wanted to let you know that our Mishicot matbug boil was a huge success for the youth wrestling club. we ordered 750 lbs Live crawfish shipped to Milwaukee on 5-30-14 by Southwest air. Picked up at airport then a 3 hour drive . when we opened all 20 boxes the crawfish were still cold and the gel packs were still partially frozen when we sorted the crawfish for cooking. there was only 4 lbs of dead ones out of the 750 lbs + Our sorting crew just could not believe it. and this was on Sat 5-31-14. Your crawfish are really the BEST. Our guests kept commenting on the large size and how fresh they were. we served 300 people plus walk ins. Louisiana Crawfish Company rules-period! Our June 7, 2014 boil kicked. Your crawfish, head on shrimp, and headless shrimp arrived at their Ohio destination in pristine shape. They were spectacular in taste and many Ohio crawfish eating converts have been created. We have another boil scheduled in July of this year. We will be calling and ordering more shortly. Your company has helped us with several boils in the past few years and we are appreciative of the service, product, professionalism and yes- the pleasant manner in which you have treated us. I ordered crawfish for the first time from y'all this past weekend on May 31st. I was pleased from A to Z. The order came on time, the instructions were clear, and the taste was out of this world. It was my first annual crawfish boil and everyone was pleased. I couldn't have asked for better and I will only order from LA Crawfish from here on out. Thank you for making my weekend great.

It's rare in life when someone under-promises and over delivers. You guys do just that. We had only ten dead in 66 pounds. They were all top quality an great tasting. You provided us with the best party ever. Thank you.

Got my 30 lbs. of crawfish Saturday at noon! Perfect timing and some of the finest crawfish I've seen. I try to boil as many crawfish as i can thru June,have used many different vendors, and I'm done looking! Ya'll really do have a superior product and the best price. It rained 4" Saturday but the crawfish kept everybody happy and full. Good times! Wish I had gotten a whole sack, 10 more pounds would have done it! But i guess that's what Memorial Day is for huh! Wooooo can't wait. Keep up the good work ya'll.

Our second "near Chicago" crawfish boil was a smash success Saturday. And Louisiana Crawfish Co. is the best. The 60 lbs. of crawfish arrived on time. I did not find a single "damaged" critter in the whole bunch. Special praise is due to you for your great communications, order receipt, order confirmation, order shipping and order tracking. I have twice now had native Louisianans say that these were the best crawfish they had ever eaten. And our northern rookie friends dived in with a passion (after the first bite). Praise doesn't get much higher.

We got our 20lb Party Pack Saturday before noon and it was on!! Only 1 little "bug" dead and crushed. Unbelievable. They were fabulous! More than enough for 4 expatriate Cajuns to eat in all day long. We look forward to placing another order very soon. Could you tell me when the 'season' usually ends? We've heard all that stuff about months that end with 'r' in it and stuff, but I want the info from you folks, 'cuz you're definitely the Mudbug experts! Hello, I received my first order of crawfish from you yesterday afternoon. I don't understand why anyone would order from any other company. They were very lively, only 8 or 9 dead or crushed, and most important they were delicious. I am no expert on crawfish boil, however I do know what I like and I loved the taste of your crawfish boil and creole seasoning. It was simple, no added or hidden charges. You have the right formula. Simple to order, products of excellent quality. But most important, as I said before they were delicious. You will be getting more orders from me. Thanks!

What can we say? We had a fabulous 4th of July in Jasper, Indiana - and the main item on the menu was crawfish from the Louisiana Crawfish Company. Our guests could not believe what we were serving - and they were just as good as we remember tasting down in Louisiana on a trip to visit a cousin over ten years ago. The box had a little damage upon arrival - but the crawfish were all fine. We were even able to have a few crawfish races prior to the big boil. So glad we found you on the internet - your website is fantastic and we would recommend your company to anyone and everyone! Thanks so much - perhaps we will order again!

Awesome!!!!!!!!!! It was my first live boil and it could have not gone any better. The crawfish were great!! My employees and guest were so impressed I think this may become a tradition here at Malibu Beach RV Park. Thanks for the great service and the great food. We have a lot of parties here, but when the crawfish hit the table it was on!! The music stopped, the conversations ended and all you could hear was people going yum, yum! with the sun setting on the Pacific Ocean in back of us it could have not been a better day. The 2nd annual Branton Crawfish Palooza was awesome. Veteran crawfish eaters are asking me my secrets. This is only the 2nd time I've hosted the boil, and your directions and seasons make it a breeze. I steamed them this year like you suggest, and they turned out awesome.
