I just wanted to thank you guys and gals for your amazing product an out of this world service. We got the crawfish in and they are headed to the boil!! You have no idea how much we appreciate the Alaska friendly shipping, and a price that is nothing short of amazing!!

UPS shipped our order to a wrong place and said there was no way to get our order on June 5th for our anniversary dinner. When I called and told you you said you would ship another order at no charge on Monday or refund that order. I chose reship. It was not at all your fault and you reshipped the order. Thank You. I did not see the order arrive as I was out delivering food in the community on Tues, Wed and Friday. My husband was home and he took care of the meat. He immediately cooked up a package for him and our grandson. They ate the whole package.He loved his anniversary present. I just have to say WOW! and Thank You so much! We will order again. I just wanted to thank y'all. I am a Southerner from Arkansas, working for a large construction management firm. I have been in Iowa over a year now. The only crawfish they have up here are the frozen ones at the casino buffet. YUCK. When I found out that I could have crawfish flown up here, I will admit I was a bit skeptical. But I have now had two boils in Iowa, (175lbs.) most of the people around here had never had fresh crawfish before and now they are fans! You guys are great, and if this damn coronavirus will ever go away, I plan on having a BIG boil. Keep up the good work....because of y'all I feel a little less homesick.

Hi! Just wanted to thank y’all for making our 1st annual crawfish boil a complete success! We ordered 30lbs from you and we got our box early. Cleaning the crawfish became a neighborhood activity as all of my neighbors came out to watch me and the kids wash the little bugs. The kids had so much fun helping sort through the crawfish and we only lost about 2lbs of crawfish. The crawfish boil I purchased was delicious and I really appreciate you guys walking me through the process. We will definitely be ordering again next year for our 2nd crawfish boil. I wanted to thank you supplying what was the best meal I have had in years. A handful of my buddies and I were curious about doing a crawfish boil and being that they aren't plentiful where I come from we wanted to get the freshest crawfish we could get our hands on. We did just that by purchasing 20lbs from you. They were received lively as can be and only found about 3 dead that we picked out. The instructions supplied along with the party pack worked out absolutely perfect. We will be talking about that for a long time coming. We will definitely be purchasing more in the near future as our bragging to friends has peaked interest in doing this again soon.

I wanted to email you and tell you how much my buddies and I enjoyed the crawfish we received. The crawfish were completely alive and yall exceeded all of our expectations. Big and fat ones seemed to be the majority of our package. Also thank you for the free koozi yall threw in the package. Lubbock Texas has never seen better crawfish and I plan on ordering much more this season and seasons to come.

You guys are "the best" ! This is my 4th order , 110% satisfaction . Live crawdads are sweet as can be. The products are grade A , love the boil season also. I'm pretty picky but find no need to alter your seasoning, well done. I would like to compliment on customer satisfaction , fast, curious and understood.

Our second "near Chicago" crawfish boil was a smash success Saturday. And Louisiana Crawfish Co. is the best. The 60 lbs. of crawfish arrived on time. I did not find a single "damaged" critter in the whole bunch. Special praise is due to you for your great communications, order receipt, order confirmation, order shipping and order tracking. I have twice now had native Louisianans say that these were the best crawfish they had ever eaten. And our northern rookie friends dived in with a passion (after the first bite). Praise doesn't get much higher.

Hi Everyone! Just wanted to thank you for making our company's first Annual Process Department Cajun Picnic possible! We had about 80 curious Canadians at our event and 120 lbs of crawfish! Last week while sitting in the San Francisco Airport on my way to a business trip, I called your company. I requested 100# of Mudbugs shipped to my home airport (Portland, OR). I have to tell you I was hesitant to order online from an out of state distributor because the crawfish are so vulnerable. This is the 5th year we've had a "Boil Party" in celebration of my wife's birthday and we had always previously used a local supplier. I took a chance and I have to say, to tell you I was pleased would be a HUGE UNDERSTATEMENT! The bugs arrived on Friday afternoon, and when they landed I received an e-mail telling me that they were here. I drove to the airfreight terminal. loaded them up, drove home, and put them to bed on some ice. Saturday about 11am we started the purge and the boil. 30-40 people arrived (including a few rookies who were very hesitant...) and by 3pm the crawfish WERE ALL GONE!! It was a wonderful success, the wife was happy and we had a wonderful gathering of friends and family. Thank you for your wonderful service, your outstanding product and for running a great organization. I can assure you, next May you will be getting another call from me, however I will be ordering 125# next time! Thank You!

For years I've been ordering our live crawfish from y'all and have to date never been disappointed. I appreciate that you take such good care of us. I was so glad that you called on Thursday to let me know about the bad weather headed east and the possibility of our crawfish being delayed. Having them arrive a day early was easy and we lost maybe 6 crawfish. They were just what I expected and it really hit the spot. Thank you for what you do, y'all do it well.

I know, WHAT AM I DOING IN OHIO! Anyway, I called Becki and asked her how I could get crawfish shipped up here, and of course she recommended you and your company, and reminded me that I had met you. So I logged onto your web site and ordered 50lbs of live crawfish. First, let me say, the crawfish were wonderful, and quite a hit with these yankees up here! They loved it! The size was GREAT!! The way you ship them is great! I was very impressed and will order from you again, for sure! Made me PROUD to be from Louisiana! We want to plan another crawfish boil, a bigger one actually, I would like to know what are the optimum months to order? I could never say enough about our crawfish boil. My entire family that lives here in Virginia Beach, VA (moved here between 8 and 15 years) all cam from different areas of Louisiana (born and raised) - Kenner, Destreham, St. Rose, etc. Well boy were we pleasantly suprised at this crawfish boil. Rec'd crawfish and there was only about 7 or 8 dead - WOW!!! We have ordered from other companies and have always had 4 or 5 dozen dead. WE WILL ALWAYS ORDER FROM LACRAWFISH FROM NOW ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone had a great time and we almost felt like we were back home - except it was 68 degrees and quite chilly. All we can say is thank you thank you thank you LACRAWFISH! Laissez les bon temps rouler' y'all. God Bless

You guys are the BEST! I was nervouse about flying in live crawfish to Indy for a group who had never eaten crawfish before, but this boil turned out to be as good as (probably better than) any boil I've ever been to back home in Louisiana! We cultured a lot of 'yanks' this weekend and plan on doing this every year from now on. Thanks for the best weekend of the summer!

Hello: I am the Executive Chef of the Light Up The Queen Foundation here in Wilmington Delaware and we have used your company twice for the live crawfish used at our fundraising events. Our Executive Director spent 15 years in New Orleans running the Tipitina's Foundation and has brought numerous NOLA musicians up to support the cause. Our emphasis has been on Cajun/Creole cooking for all of the shows just to give our local fans a taste of what Louisiana is all about. Last year's crawfish boil was our first so we only ordered 80 lbs. Due to the high demand at the Big Chief Monk Boudreaux show on May 14th, I decided to pretty much double the order. What your company sent to us nothing short of amazing. Most of the crawfish were HUGE! The tail meat was sweet and tender and we lost very few in transit from your facilities. The crowd response was amazing. At one point I literally had to push people out of the way in order to dump a fresh pot onto the table. I was even more amazed the there were no leftovers at the end of the night. Numerous people inquired as to where i ordered the crawfish and i had no problem handing out your web address. Most of the crowd had never been to a real boil and could only make comparisons to the chain restaurants in the area who serve reheated and frozen crawfish. Needless to say, the "WOW" factor was there and people definitely enjoyed themselves. I will continue to use your company for future events. Great job ladies and gentlemen, y'all really hit it out of the park!

Just wanted to let you know my crawfish boil this weekend was awesome. Your crawfish, spices etc were better than expected. Had very few that did not survive the trip and many larger than expected. Thanks a ton. Will order again.
