The jumbo crawfish were amazing this year and everyone thought they were our best yet. Having ordered from you for over the past 10+ years you continue to provide exceptional crawfish and service!

Ordered 50 lb. live crawfish last July, sorry so late in sending this thanks. The order arrived just as promised. There were no more than ten dead crawfish out of whole 50 lbs. Everything was great, thanks for the effort and integrity that you handle your business with. Not many things come just as promised these days.

I just wanted to write to thank you all for your help with our crawfish order this past weekend. We've ordered without trouble several times in the past, but this year the delivery got delayed due to issues with FedEx. Throughout, we appreciated your looking into the situation and keeping us updated. The crawfish arrived at our door at 5:55pm. Although this was six hours after FedEx's guaranteed noon delivery, we were able to quickly whisky them off to the backyard for a rinse and a cool wait for our boil the next day. And, despite the long trip, they turned out just great, as always. Thank you for all of your help in making it so!

Louisiana Crawfish Company rules-period! Our June 7, 2014 boil kicked. Your crawfish, head on shrimp, and headless shrimp arrived at their Ohio destination in pristine shape. They were spectacular in taste and many Ohio crawfish eating converts have been created. We have another boil scheduled in July of this year. We will be calling and ordering more shortly. Your company has helped us with several boils in the past few years and we are appreciative of the service, product, professionalism and yes- the pleasant manner in which you have treated us. You guys are the best! I grew up in east Texas and used to have crawfish boils all the time, but now I live in Chicago and yesterday I had 20 lbs delivered right it my door. We boiled them up and they were fantastic! Also had fewer than 20 dead that's less than when we'd get them straight from the farm. I'm very impressed and will certainly be using your services again! I lived in Houston for 20 years and loved crawfish; unfortunately I moved back north for family reasons and have been missing it terribly. I was in Houston 12/2012 had to have oysters instead due to the season. Last month (April 2013) my girlfriend "Cookie" that I had been visiting sent me two 10 pound bags cooked crawfish, all I had to do was resteam them! They were just like I had just ordered them at a restaurant!! They landed at my office about 10:00 a.m. still frozen in an amazing cooler! I kept them cool & wet and finished them over a 3 day period! I will order direct in the future but thanks to you and thanks to my friend!!

We have been planning a big party for my wife's 50th Birthday out in California. She is from Louisiana. We are having a Crawfish Boil in the backyard and wanted to be as authentic as possible. Accordingly, we found your website. BTW- it is a great website and easy to use. We were nervous about ordering the frozen perishable crawfish, but with all of the great testimonials and explanations on shipping, I felt more secure. We placed the order on Wednesday for Thursday delivery. We also ordered some other party items that we wanted immediately as well. Cori called me on Wednesday and was outstanding in helping me get everything ordered. On Thursday morning, Cori called me and explained there was a problem with Fed Ex overnight. The crawfish were stuck in Ft. Worth unrefrigerated and ruined. She immediately told me that she was reshipping and recalling the bad shipment. I was extremely impressed by Cori and Louisiana Crawfish for taking the initiative to track my order for me and identify a problem, even though it wasn't their fault. It was Fed Ex's fault. The reshipment was received in good order today and we will have a great memory and party. Cori and Louisiana Crawfish went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I can't thank yall enough. We served up 120 lbs of crawfish all in great shape, ready for the boiling pot. We got them right on time on a Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and had a great party with our friends and family. Crawdads are not an everyday item on the menu in Mid Missouri so to serve them up to some Northeners was alot of fun. Everyone enjoyed watching them come to life when we washed them off and eatin them when they came out the pot. Your company did a great job. Corey was a great help & fun to work with. Wanted to send a huge thank you for sending the most amazing crawfish, shrimp and sausage. We have ordered from you several times when we lived in GA and now in KS. We have indoctrinated some friends into the fun of a crawfish/low country boil. It was a wonderful sendoff with our friends before we all leave Fort Leavenworth for places all over the world!

I just wanted to write you and tell you how amazing your Turducken is. My family ordered our first one for Thanksgiving this year and we loved it. My husband is coming home from his 4th tour in Iraq for Christmas and I will be ordering another one this week so he will have a chance to try one. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service you provided. The crawfish boil was the hit of the party, I have had crawfish before but I have to say this was the best ever. The seasoning was great, the kids loved the beads, my son tried to give his beads to the ladies but too bad for him he still had them when the party was over. This is my second order--best frozen crawfish tails we've had. We love Louisiana and it's food. Previously we had ordered from Cajun Grocer, but the quality varied a lot. It is nice to order from the source. Thanks for your prduct!!

I would like to send a thank you for your excellent customer service. FedEx had a problem with Memphis airport and told me my shipment would not be received in time for my party. I received a call from you that you would not charge me for the shipment even though it really did not fall under your resonsibility. It turns out I recieved my shipment right at the beginning of my party and we were able to still have a great live crawfish boil! I have to say your crawfish were much larger than I expected and your seasonings were the best I have ever had. Thank you for providing great customer service and a wonderful product.

Thanks for providing us with another great batch of crawfish. Our guests totally enjoyed the day and I was thrilled to find no dead crawfish in our shipment. We ordered 100 pounds and we ate 100 pounds!!

Just wanted to let you know that the shipment arrived right on time. Almost all survived the long trip to Canada, maybe 10 dead, which will not go to waste as I will use them for fishing in the upcoming weekend....This experience was one of a kind, definitely worth the extra freight cost.
