Your website is very user friendly as well~ I ordered alligator tenderloins and they showed up promptly on the day I requested and I couldn't be happier! Wow, you all never disappoint! My go to crawfish folks for several years now and my birthday weekend was no different. McKayla (I hope I spelled it right) was amazingly sweet and seemed to know exactly what I needed. I'm a Gulfport MS boy transplanted in Kentucky in the Army and just stayed! Yesterday I put on another crawfish class for the folks that use crawfish for bait! When I picked up the crawfish the FedEx lady said "thank goodness you're here, these things scare me!". I told her if they were open later I'd bring her some freshly cooked; she declined and told me others had crawfish to pick up and she'll be glad when they are gone. I told her not to give them to the customers unless they are Louisiana Crawfish Company so she wouldn't be the one ruining their weekend! Smile!! Thank you so much for making our party the best one we have had. The crayfish boil was a 100% home run with everyone - including those that doubted how good they twist an how fun to eat they are. They came wen you said they would an out of 30 lbs - 5 an only 5 had died. Next time I think we will get a whole alligator. But will will defiantly order from you all again. Thank you so much

Just a note to let you know how thoroughly pleased we were with the crawfish you sent to us. The package arrived very quickly and was packed perfectly. These crawfish went into a low country boil for a bunch of Yankees from New Hampshire. Having never put one of these on before, we were skeptical as to who would eat them and who wouldn't. Well, that skepticism went right out the window when we dumped the food out onto the table. Our guests went nuts and devoured the entire boil. We hardly had any left-overs! You'd have thought they were Louisiana natives! Anyway, you folks came through big-time for us. I can't wait to order even more the next time. I just wanted to thank you all for another great job on my order this past weekend. For the last three years I've hosted a crawfish boil at my home in Maryland for friends and family and every year has been better than the last. The crawfish and sausage all arrived early Saturday morning as scheduled (mix and other items arrived a week early) and they were all fantastic. Thanks again for a great experience. Good afternoon, I recently move from Baton Rouge to Oklahoma with a promotion from my company. I quickly realized how empty the spring and early summer are without crawfish. I work for a nationwide company that is based out of Mandeville, LA and I am certainly not the first Louisiana man to move to a different state. I called some of the people that I knew were from Louisiana and every one of them said to contact La Crawfish Company for my crawfish. That was the first surprise. The second surprise was that I got to speak with Samantha today while placing my order. She stated that she had only been there for one season, but that didn't stop her from being extremely knowledgeable about your company and an absolute pleasure to speak with. She really seems to enjoy what she does and it shows through in her voice and in her attitude. Thanks not only for providing me with sustenance that I absolutely can't live without, but also employing friendly people like Samantha. Got my 30 lbs. of crawfish Saturday at noon! Perfect timing and some of the finest crawfish I've seen. I try to boil as many crawfish as i can thru June,have used many different vendors, and I'm done looking! Ya'll really do have a superior product and the best price. It rained 4" Saturday but the crawfish kept everybody happy and full. Good times! Wish I had gotten a whole sack, 10 more pounds would have done it! But i guess that's what Memorial Day is for huh! Wooooo can't wait. Keep up the good work ya'll.

I ordered 15 pound of live crawfish on Thursday and the arrived at 10am on Friday and they were very active. I followed the instructions and cooked them around 6pm and only lost 5 crawfish. They were amazingly fresh and tender. The value and quality are outstanding. We will be ordering again and again. Thanks!

I just wanted to write you and tell you how amazing your Turducken is. My family ordered our first one for Thanksgiving this year and we loved it. My husband is coming home from his 4th tour in Iraq for Christmas and I will be ordering another one this week so he will have a chance to try one. I just wanted let you know that I appreciate the great customer service I received and the product delivered was fantastic! I ordered the 10 lb. party pack and split it between 2 parties. The first party was hosted by my friend who went to Tulane and learned how to cook Cajun while down there. She had a Jambalaya, Gumbo and Muffaletta which were awesome. I brought 5 lbs. to her party and served them chilled. They were a hit with her who said that they were awesome and we had several converts to the joys of Crawfish and gave them your web site. The next day I took 5lbs. down to Galilee RI to my mom’s house especially for my 91 year old aunt who lived in Baton Rouge for about 40 years and moved back to New England to an assisted living complex. I reheated them as directed with corn, red potatoes, mushrooms, celery, carrots and shallots. She loved it as that’s how she would make them back in Louisiana. It was a great break for her from her bland assisted living fair where she had to harass them for months to make hot sauce available. For the money, this was a fantastic product to purchase and will continue to recommend you guys. I’m contemplating an order for my Masonic Lodge in the coming year!

First time user of your company and you have earned high marks. Awesome!!! From Louisiana (Chalmette) and have lived in Colorado last 10 years. This is the first time I have tried shipping live crayfish and it was simple and a very good experience. It was surreal boiling crayfish while looking up at 14,000 ft Long's Peak in the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Seasoning was perfect. Will throw a big bash soon and want to know if you actually have a "season" and how long into the summer can I get the quality that I got today. Could not have been happier with your service. Just wanted to drop a note and some photos of the crawfish feed my wife and I hosted for about 60 people. Thank you for the EXCELLENT service. This was out first time doing this for us. I was very nervous that I would have 60 people standing around and no crawfish, but you guys were very helpful to make sure everything would be fine. No one got short with me on the phone when I called 8 times the day before to make sure everything was on schedule. We ordered 120 lbs and had a very small amount dead. First class operation. From the quality crawfish to your excellent boil recipe, you made a great party for us and a tradition to go on! Thank you!
