I wanted to reach out to write you all a brief note about how excellent I find dealing with your company. I live in Sonoma County, California, a far way away from Louisiana, but I have roots in the Southern states of the US. I've ordered a few times, Live crawfish, and tails, from your company, and it simply is a fantastic experience every time. They always arrive fresh, and in great condition. Each time I am shocked at how efficient, and smooth the process is. Thank you for operating a business in such a way, that allows people like myself, on the other side of the country, to affordably still partake in such a wonderful product. Simply the best!!

Happy Easter! I just wanted to send a brief note to show my appreciation for the recent 30 lbs. order of live crawfish sent to Sacramento, California yesterday, April 3rd. The crawfish arrived on time and there were very, very few that died in transit, which is pretty extraordinary as when I get them locally in Louisiana, that is rarely the case. The were of good size for field run and very active. We boiled a couple of hours after they arrived and it was a taste of home a couple of Baton Rouge transplants had sorely missed over the past year. For the last three years I've hosted a crawfish boil at my home in Maryland for friends and family and every year has been better than the last. The crawfish and sausage all arrived early Saturday morning as scheduled (mix and other items arrived a week early) and they were all fantastic. Thanks again for a great experience. I just wanted to write to thank you all for your help with our crawfish order this past weekend. We've ordered without trouble several times in the past, but this year the delivery got delayed due to issues with FedEx. Throughout, we appreciated your looking into the situation and keeping us updated. The crawfish arrived at our door at 5:55pm. Although this was six hours after FedEx's guaranteed noon delivery, we were able to quickly whisky them off to the backyard for a rinse and a cool wait for our boil the next day. And, despite the long trip, they turned out just great, as always. Thank you for all of your help in making it so!

Sorry it has taken me over a week to follow up. But I wanted to thank you for taking such good care of my order a few weeks ago. UPS somehow split my shipment up and only half came the day they were supposed to. Ya'll were on top of the issue the whole time and kept me updated. Once you knew that I'd receive the remainder of my order in time for our boil you also sent and extra thirty pounds to cover any loss due to the delay in shipping. So, thank you for being on top of the problem and taking care of it. In fact, you did such a good job packing them that there really wasn't much loss at all. Out of 120 lbs I only culled out about 6-7 lbs of dead ones before boiling. Not bad for mid June! The overall sized and quality of the bugs was great to boot. Anyway. Thank you for great crawfish and outstanding customer service, as usual. This is why I always order from LA Crawfish Company.

Just wanted to let you know how helpful your staff members were. The young lady I wanted to send crawfish to grew up here in Mississippi and always looked forward to crawfish season. She now lives in Oregon, and I didn’t want her to miss out on one of her favorite things (she’s also a chef). I had hoped to send her live crawfish, then saw at the last moment that live ones could not be shipped to Oregon. With her odd hours, I opted for a gift certificate so that she could arrange the arrival of cooked crawfish at a time that would be convenient for her. I had to telephone your office several times with stupid questions, and every time your people were extremely helpful and patient. And I especially appreciated the phone call I received making sure that I had, indeed, placed the order, since it was being shipped to an address which was different from the billing address. It’s so nice to know that a company would be that conscientious. Again, thanks for all your help, and I know Kittie will be thrilled with the crawfish!

I just want to thank everyone at Louisiana Crawfish Co for making the crawfish boil in the Northwoods of Wisconsin an amazing success!! My order arrived alive & kicking, lol! Had to keep some of my good hearted friends from freeing dinner into the lake! Best tasting, juicy, fat tails I've had in years! This will definitely be a regular event for us every year from now on! Just ordered 70 pounds from you guys and had them shipped a day in advance of our party. Kept some in vented coolers with ice, others in the refrigerator with wet towels. They all easily handled the wait until the next day with only a few casualties! Excellent service, great tracking info and FedEx came through delivering early. The crawfish were huge (ordered Jumbo)! Told everyone at the party about your place / service and expect they will be ordering from you in the future. Very successful party thanks in large part to you guys. This is the 3rd year running for our B&B Crawfish Fest and the first we ordered direct and had them shipped in...will definitely do it again.

Hi Helpful People at LA Crawfish! We received our 90 lbs of frozen crawfish on Friday in good shape and on time. They thawed to perfection in the styrofoam boxes by the time we were ready for them on Saturday. We followed your directions and boiled our potatoes, onions, garlic heads, lemon halves & corn prior to cooking the bugs. We dropped them in with some whole okra and just reheated for 3 minutes and then started serving our crowd of 60. Our trays of food looked gorgeous, like the centerfold out of a foodie magazine! The boil was a huge success with lots of full bellies plus we raised a bunch of money for our charities. Thanks for being so reliable and helpful! We'll try & schedule earlier next year and try your live crawfish but the frozen ones were absolutely delicious!

Just wanted to say how awesome this whole experience was! We live in Pittsburgh, and you can't get crawfish ANYWHERE here, and I surprised my boyfriend (who used to live in S. Carolina) for his birthday dinner this weekend, and it was just amazing. We are already planning when we can do it again :) Thanks!

Great experience! I emailed a question about shipping and within an hour you replied back with my answer. I then placed my order and received it the very next day. It came packed safely and frozen. My order was for alligator nuggets which were the hit of my party. Even reluctant Jersey girls said they were surprised how good they were. I rarely write testimonials but this time I had to. I just wanted to drop you guys a note and THANK YOU!! We had our first crawfish boil in Las Cruces, NM!!! My husband is part cajun during his summers as a youth he would visit his father in LA and always raved about crawfish. So as an anniversary party I decided to have a crawfish boil and our family here were just amazed with the crawfish and LOVED them. We only had about 15 dead ones in a 20lb bag. Thank you for your professionalism you have a loyal patron in Las Cruces, NM and you can bet we'll be ordering again for what we are making our annual crawfish boil!! Gracias!

I couldn't be happier with the crawfish I recieved on friday. We didnt cook them till saturday around 4. But when we did start cooking we only found a few that didnt make it. Great product! I will be ordering from you again.

I just wanted to shoot you an e-mail and tell you how great everything worked out. I was a little skeptic at first and was expecting atleat 1/4 of the crawfish to be dead. After 48 hours in the bag and cooler, I think I counted only about 10 total dead out of 55lbs. The little fellas were decent sized and tasty. This was the first crawfish boil for many of the people at the party and they all got a kick out of it. We will definitely be making another order next year. Thanks for coming through on your product. It's nice to work with a company that promises what they can actually deliver.

Got the "bugs" on Friday afternoon and the boil was Sat. at 3. I can't tell you all how great they were!! I miss living in Texas and getting "bugs" really easy!
