Louisiana Crawfish Company

We have always used Cajun grocer and this was our first year using Louisiana crawfish company. Not only were they cheaper, but they had better crawfish. They came on time with absolutely no issues. We loved everything about this company. Highly recommended.

Those were the best crawfish we have ever received by mail. You guys have my business for sure in the future. Good prices and select crawfish! I had only three die before boiling and they looked like they were attacked by the others. Judy made the order process easy, and sent me the info for holding. I am so impressed by this company and extremely pleased with the level of courtesy, professionalism and product. You guys definitely have a new customer. My daughter wanted to do something different for her college graduation party so I ordered 70 lbs of select crawfish.. We could not have been happier with the quality and freshness of the delivery. I planned on starting the boil at 4 pm and As promised it was delivered right on time and packed perfectly. We fed 60 people with a few leftovers! We can't wait to do this again . thank you for helping us to make our party unique and a success!!!!

Just wanted to say Thanks for the great service.. We were unable, due to work issues to have our boil on Saturday so we did it on Sunday and only lost 6 mudbugs!! Everyone loved the andouille sausage, wish I had ordered more, I will next time for sure!! Though I can get it local from a great butcher here in Southern Maryland, Yours can't be beat! Had a boil of 60 pounds in Palm Harbor, Florida this weekend for ten friends who had never tasted crawfish before. We ordered field but I swear you sent us at least 40 pounds of select! They were great and less than 1% died during transit. You will be my supplier for the rest of my life! Thanks for making our party so great. My family and I wanted to take the time to write and thank you profoundly for being distributors of the Alpine Turducken! We ordered a turducken last year, but not from you and not this brand. This Alpine was FAR superior, and for the same price. Your delivery and tracking was great. I was also impressed with the inclusion of the parchment and 2 kinds of foil. Initially I was concerned about tying my oven up for 10 hours, but figured out how to work around it, and WAS IT EVER WORTH IT! Thank you for shipping to Minnesota! Turduckens are starting to show up locally here now, but we don't quite trust they will have the authentic southern flavors. We will be back! I went to school in New Orleans so I had my fair share of crawfish boils, but never have I had crawfish like the ones from your company. From reading through a few of the customer testimonials on your site I can't imagine that I am going to tell you anything that you don't already know...But I do want to thank your company and tell you what an outstanding party your crawfish and shrimp helped to create a couple of weeks ago. The food was amazing but what was really cool was when we poured them onto the table it became a rotating center of conversation. We had about 40 people and about 15 at a time would filter in and out. It really brought people together. I have thrown a ton of parties in my life but this one garnered the most compliments ever and it was all because of your crawfish. I foresee myself being a loyal customer for years to come. THe 30lbs of crawfish I received on Saturday were just plain awesome! For this time of year, the size was great and almost every crawfish was alive when I received them. Thanks for taking so much great care in providing live crawfish to those of us up here in the cold Midwest. I think you will also pick up a couple new customers who ate them for the first time at our party.

I placed an order on Friday at 8:45 for a 40lb party pack and a few extras for the family, extra beads, meat pies, hat, ect. The FedEx man was delivering my order by 9:30 Saturday morning. It was fantastic! The crawfish were huge, the packaging was first rate, and the LA crawfish boil was fantastic. Out of 40lbs. only 3 were crushed, amazing! My only concern was that for some reason the crawfish never got to steam for the 10-15 min. in the cooler prior to consumption like the recipe said. They were so good that the steam time went from 10min. on the first batch to 5 min on the second, to immediate consumption on the last batch. We'll try again next time to get it right. Our friends raved about them so much that we are going to do it again before the season is over. Thanks again for your first rate product and people. God Bless!

I am originaly from Harvey,La. Moved to michigan 20 years ago. I have been searching to get crayfish all this time at a decent rate and came apon your website last year! Got 100 lbs last year and will do the same or more this year(2009)!!! yYou guys rule.The quality,size and freshness of your crayfish is SECOND TO NONE! Heck I could not get crayfish this good even when I lived in Louisiana! Will be ordering soon.

We received our crawfish live & healthy. We were so excited. We haven't had live crawfish since leaving the area after Katrina! We were celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary. Boiling crawfish, drinking wine & listening to some good blues made us like we back in New Orleans! Thanks for the memorable anniversary. We plan to make it an annual anniversary celebration!

For the first time we tried a crawfish boil here in Colorado. I got the order for my birthday and those that I shared it with have never done it before. We had the most fun preparing the boil and eating the entire 10lbs. There were three of us and we did the boil in our apartment. I was extremely impressed with the service that you gave us and how prompt you were with it. I got numerous orders from different companies for my birthday and your company was by far the best in service and taste. I had neighbors stopping by because the aroma was so good. Now they all want to do a big crawfish boil and we are in the process of putting that together and of course, we will order only from you. I really appreciate the fact the everything was in box and ready to go. All we needed to add was the potato and corn. Your video on how to care for the crawfish until boil and how to boil, was more than helpful in the process. Just wanted to let you know that the shipment arrived right on time. Almost all survived the long trip to Canada, maybe 10 dead, which will not go to waste as I will use them for fishing in the upcoming weekend....This experience was one of a kind, definitely worth the extra freight cost. A big thanks goes out to you and your family for making the ordering process as painless as it could be and having such good quality. And there's nothing wrong with having another excuse to drink more beer. I would go nowhere else to place another order which I'm sure I will do before the season is up.
