Ordered 50 lb. live crawfish last July, sorry so late in sending this thanks. The order arrived just as promised. There were no more than ten dead crawfish out of whole 50 lbs. Everything was great, thanks for the effort and integrity that you handle your business with. Not many things come just as promised these days.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. I don't know how you did it but I appreciate your world class customer service more than you know. On the day of our crawfish party I received an email from UPS that said due to weather our shipment was delayed and would be delivered the next BUSINESS day. With this being Memorial Day weekend I knew we would not be getting our crawfish for the party but instead be getting a very smelly shipment of dead crawfish on Tuesday!! I called your 800 number and the very calm, pleasant customer service rep said she would see what she could do on her end. I few hours later our crawfish miraculously appeared at our front door---a few hours later than expected but non the less we were able to have an extremely successful party that everyone will be talking about for years to come!!! You are the BEST and have certainly won several life long customers.

Hello everyone at Louisiana Crawfish :-)(special thanks to Cori who helped me with tons of questions and preparing my order) I wanted to let you know our delivery is in hand it arrived a few hours ago and all is absolutely wonderful ....I can't wait for my husband to get home from work for his birthday present - what a wonderful memory filled meal we will have tonight, We lived in Moss Bluff outside Lake Charles for 10 years and have not had Crawfish since coming to Nova Scotia in 1999 - this is going to be a fun evening to reminise and enjoy some wonderful food! Just wanted to follow up with you all to say that the crawfish were OUTSTANDING. They were monsters--it must have been a great season down there! Thank you for helping us have an amazing weekend and soothe our homesickness just a little bit.

Sorry for the late response, but I can't let it go with out saying that you costumer service is outstanding you products are the best we've had, to be expected. My family had a great boil. We will keep doing this every year , they liked the two boils that may be the new pre summer party's. Thanks again you are a pleasure to deal with. You and all your family's have a great year. Also when the kids see your box on the porch they say ahayeee until the boils over.

I would like to thank your company for such a wonderful experience. We ordered for my sons wedding rehearsal dinner. we ordered 100 pounds of live crawfish from you-all last week. They were delivered Saturday morning and were in excellent shape. I think we onlty found 10 or 12 dead ones in the entire batch. They cooked up even better Saturday night. Sunday morning while cleaning up I discovered a full bag of crawfish in one of your coolers that had been overlooked the evening before (a situation possibly related to the large number of empty beer cans and bottles that were gathered during the cleanup effort). After rinsing and purging, I found maybe 20 dead ones (it was at least 25 ounds of crawfish). These were promptly cooked up and yielded a big pot of tails for etouffe. Again, the crawfish were exellent and I appreciate your efforts in selecting quality and surprisingly hardy crawfish. I will reccommend your company to others and will be a returning customer.

Got my Jumbo's today and we ate a bunch! With corn, potato's, garlic, mushrooms, sausage, and onions. Goodness.I love this time of year. You guys ROCK the Bayou and Colorado! Love you. Thanks for being awesome. And never quit being awesome!!!

Greetings from Colorado! I am a displaced Acadian living, working and carrying on our fantastic culture here in Colorado where the mosquitos are way more friendly and aint nearly as large, and the weather aint never too hot for a bayou-born boy from dixieland. I had two crawfish boils last year for my friends here at Ecotech Institute and most had never experienced a boil before. After they got over my pronunciation of the word boil they fell in love with it and demanded more! some folks even went out and bought their own cookers. I live in the Louisville Ky area and went and had excellent Cajun food at a place called Joe's Ok Bayou. Your seasoning sits on each table. I had to try it and found that I liked it very much. It isn't like typical Cajun seasonings. There is more flavoring to it than just heat. I then had to ask my waitress if they sold your seasoning and to my delight she said yes. I bought it and it is as every bit of greatness as in the restaurant. It is an excellent steak seasoning. Thank you for making such a great product

Our second "near Chicago" crawfish boil was a smash success Saturday. And Louisiana Crawfish Co. is the best. The 60 lbs. of crawfish arrived on time. I did not find a single "damaged" critter in the whole bunch. Special praise is due to you for your great communications, order receipt, order confirmation, order shipping and order tracking. I have twice now had native Louisianans say that these were the best crawfish they had ever eaten. And our northern rookie friends dived in with a passion (after the first bite). Praise doesn't get much higher.

Every year, we have a party we call "Critter Christmas" where we get friends and family together and cook a large variety of exotic game. This was my first year to order alligator from Louisiana Crawfish Company and rest assured, I will continue using your company in the future. Just wanted to let you know that this is the first year we have used your company for our annual crawfish boil. Our group comes from North Baton Rouge, Slidell, Lafourche Parish, and New Orleans. We have found each other over the years and crave La. food as much as we can get it. You guys delivered every thing you promised and then some. The crawfish were beautiful, clean and kicking. The last sack was not boiled till the next day and only 20 crawfish were found dead. That is better than we have had when buying back home in La. We are know permanet customers and look foward to our next shipment for Memorial Day weekend. So glad we found you..

Got the "bugs" on Friday afternoon and the boil was Sat. at 3. I can't tell you all how great they were!! I miss living in Texas and getting "bugs" really easy! Let the good times roll in St. Louis! Thank you Louisiana Crawfish for delivering 30 pounds of delicious crawfish right to my door! Our annual "kick off" picnic for our little league team was a success. In the past, we have purchased our crawfish special order at a local fish market. Never a problem with them, but this year, thier prices were out of the roof! I found Louisiana Crawfish, and for LESS, I got home delivery, spices, and a great styrofoam container. Only a handful of the crawfish were not alive, which is what you expect in every batch. The rest were alive and kicking. That is, until we gave them a bath in a pot of boiling water with your delicious spices! Thanks, from your newest loyal customer.

We had out 6th annual crawfish boil this weekend, and as usual your crawfish and service were outstanding. On time delivery, nice sized crawfish with very few dead, and perfect seasonings too-6 years running and counting. We'll never buy anywhere else.
