Louisiana Crawfish Company

A few of us fellas wanted to get together and do a crawfish boil. We passed the hat and got the money together to order a 40lb pack of crawfish from Louisiana Crawfish . Wow ! In today's world it is sometimes hard to get good products and / or service from anybody. This was absolutely not the case with these fine folks at Louisiana Crawfish. We had a excellent experience from the ordering to the eating! The order showed up on time. It was packaged very well . The quality and size of the crawfish was great. I found out they were very lively after sticking my hand in there with them lol. The spices included in the kit were perfect. We ordered our kit extra spicy. The flavor was spot on! I just wanted to let yawl know that my crawdad boil turned out fantastic, i was really impressed with the size of them and my family was very happy. And with this being my 1st time boiling them up, turned out fantastic.

The 30lbs of crawfish arrived on-time and very much alive. It was easy and fun to cook, and even more fun to eat. Amazingly, the average amount of dead crawfish equaled the amount if we had purchased them locally in New Orleans! You guys are "the best" ! This is my 4th order , 110% satisfaction . Live crawdads are sweet as can be. The products are grade A , love the boil season also. I'm pretty picky but find no need to alter your seasoning, well done. I would like to compliment on customer satisfaction , fast, curious and understood.

I just have to say that I had ordered the Alligator Fillet Nuggets and the Smoked and Fresh Alligator and Pork Sausages this week and just had them yesterday at my BBQ and they both were phenomenal. Just wanted to let you know that the crawfish we received on Saturday was amazing!! Of a 20lb shipment, only 8 were dead/crushed, and the rest of the batch were lively and clean. The packing was sturdy, and everything arrived in great condition. I want to take a few minutes to tell everyone about the Louisiana Crawfish Company. Over Memorial Day weekend, I ordered 60lbs of live crawfish for a party at my house. They cam overnight via FedEx and they arrived alive and kicking. They were great sized and cooked up real nice. Out of 60lbs there were maybe 10 dead ones, which is amazing. We used the complimentary seasoning sent to us from the company. Louisiana Crawfish made it so easy to order. Most of the people at the party are natives of Wisconsin and never taken part in a crawfish boil before but we ended up going through every bit of the 60lbs we ordered. It was great fun. I have attached some pictures. This will be an annual event for us from now on and now that I know how easy it is I am sure I’ll order regularly throughout the year for personal use.

The seasoning was great, the kids loved the beads, my son tried to give his beads to the ladies but too bad for him he still had them when the party was over. Let me first say, your customer service was awesome and the ordering process could not have been easier. Most of the 50 people I had over have never tested crawfish before and some have never even seen them before...I know! I can't believe it either! What did they think of your crawfish? Our crawfish boil last night was a smash success, We had 24 guest. Fourteen of those had never experienced a crawfish boil before. They are already asking "when's the next one?" Your crawfish arrived on time and in excellent condition. I've enjoyed doing a little harvesting around Abbeville so I do know the difference. We found only two "deads" in the entire 50 pound shipment. I also like your pricing practice, everything included for one simple price. Simple and direct; I like that a lot. You guys are the BEST! I was nervouse about flying in live crawfish to Indy for a group who had never eaten crawfish before, but this boil turned out to be as good as (probably better than) any boil I've ever been to back home in Louisiana! We cultured a lot of 'yanks' this weekend and plan on doing this every year from now on. Thanks for the best weekend of the summer!

I could not be more satisfied with the quality, service, price, and product your company provides. Growing up in Mississippi and having a father that lives in New Orleans, I have always associated the spring months with crawfish boils. But, ever since moving to Washington, DC two years ago, I haven't been able to enjoy my favorite crustacean in quite the way I was accustomed to. That is, until I ordered 100 lbs of fresh, live crawfish for my cookout this past weekend! They came off the FedEx truck the morning of the party--just as y'all had promised they would--and, after a thorough cleaning, I found maybe a dozen didn't survive the overnight trip from Louisiana. Oh, and these mudbugs were HUGE with big, meaty tails and claws! The boil was a raging success and my friends and I were able to show our non-Southern guests how to clean, cook, and eat fresh crawfish the proper way. So long as I live in this area, I will never purchase crawfish from anyone outside of the Louisiana Crawfish Company.
