Your website is very user friendly as well~ I ordered alligator tenderloins and they showed up promptly on the day I requested and I couldn't be happier! LCC, Thank You! We are a military family stationed in Kansas and we've used your service twice now with AMAZING results! We used the Easter special for one sack of field run and they were huge and fresh! Remarkably, there were ONLY 4 lost our of a whole sack (all were small and most likely crushed by the larger CFs. You have customers for life! You bring LA culture and to military families that are geographically separated from hometown LA and family. We appreciate you guy!

Thank you so much for making our party the best one we have had. The crayfish boil was a 100% home run with everyone - including those that doubted how good they twist an how fun to eat they are. Just wanted to let you know how helpful your staff members were. The young lady I wanted to send crawfish to grew up here in Mississippi and always looked forward to crawfish season. She now lives in Oregon, and I didn’t want her to miss out on one of her favorite things (she’s also a chef). I had hoped to send her live crawfish, then saw at the last moment that live ones could not be shipped to Oregon. With her odd hours, I opted for a gift certificate so that she could arrange the arrival of cooked crawfish at a time that would be convenient for her. I had to telephone your office several times with stupid questions, and every time your people were extremely helpful and patient. And I especially appreciated the phone call I received making sure that I had, indeed, placed the order, since it was being shipped to an address which was different from the billing address. It’s so nice to know that a company would be that conscientious. Again, thanks for all your help, and I know Kittie will be thrilled with the crawfish!

Just ordered 70 pounds from you guys and had them shipped a day in advance of our party. Kept some in vented coolers with ice, others in the refrigerator with wet towels. They all easily handled the wait until the next day with only a few casualties! Excellent service, great tracking info and FedEx came through delivering early. The crawfish were huge (ordered Jumbo)! Told everyone at the party about your place / service and expect they will be ordering from you in the future. Very successful party thanks in large part to you guys. This is the 3rd year running for our B&B Crawfish Fest and the first we ordered direct and had them shipped in...will definitely do it again.

You guys are the best! I grew up in east Texas and used to have crawfish boils all the time, but now I live in Chicago and yesterday I had 20 lbs delivered right it my door. We boiled them up and they were fantastic! Also had fewer than 20 dead that's less than when we'd get them straight from the farm. I'm very impressed and will certainly be using your services again! All I can say is WOW! I ordered fresh crawfish for my first boil a couple weeks ago for delivery today. At about 11:45 this morning, FedEx showed up with my 30 pounds of bugs. I'd never cooked them prior to today, only enjoyed them. The enclesed spices were great. I cooked 15 lbs at a time, since my cooker was relatively small. The first batch was a bit spicy for the other partygoers (I thought it was great), so I scaled back the spices on the second batch. Everybody was absolutely thrilled. Most had never tasted crawfish before and all who tried them thought they were fantastic. We'll definitely buy again. Thanks Louisiana Crawfish! Thanks to you, I was the hero of the day. Really, you guys were the heroes. I just followed the instructions. All in all, EXCELLENT!!!

I just recieved 50 pounds of the largest, liveliest, and most beautiful jumbo crawfish I have ever seen. I've been ordering these critters from various places for the last 5 years for my annual crawfish boil, and I have never recieved better. I've even ordered from you guys in the past. Let me tell you, having tried other places the last couple years, Im back with you guys for good. Kudos to you and your wonderfully run business, and thanks for your outstanding service.

just wanted to say a great big thank you to everyone down there, working hard to deliver us superior crawfish. the ordering process is very efficient, professional, and polite. the deliveries arrive promptly and super fresh (alive!) and i was provided all the tracking info as promised, which helps in case there is a problem, which there never has been. we plan to be using your crawfish weekly on our menus at patowmack farm. the guests really enjoy them! thanks!

Had a boil of 60 pounds in Palm Harbor, Florida this weekend for ten friends who had never tasted crawfish before. We ordered field but I swear you sent us at least 40 pounds of select! They were great and less than 1% died during transit. You will be my supplier for the rest of my life! Thanks for making our party so great. My husband and I just wrapped up our 5th Annual Central Pennsylvania Crawfish Boil and every year it gets bigger and better. And every year we order from your business and are never disappointed. We had my husband's graduation party yesterday and the crawfish that we ordered from y'all were AWESOME!!! They were the hit of the party up here in 'Yankeeville'! I'm a Louisiana native who married a yankee and the crawfish made my homesickness go away for a brief time! The quality of the crawfish were unbelievable! We also ordered a cooker and it was such a high quality pot. Last week while sitting in the San Francisco Airport on my way to a business trip, I called your company. I requested 100# of Mudbugs shipped to my home airport (Portland, OR). I have to tell you I was hesitant to order online from an out of state distributor because the crawfish are so vulnerable. This is the 5th year we've had a "Boil Party" in celebration of my wife's birthday and we had always previously used a local supplier. I took a chance and I have to say, to tell you I was pleased would be a HUGE UNDERSTATEMENT! The bugs arrived on Friday afternoon, and when they landed I received an e-mail telling me that they were here. I drove to the airfreight terminal. loaded them up, drove home, and put them to bed on some ice. Saturday about 11am we started the purge and the boil. 30-40 people arrived (including a few rookies who were very hesitant...) and by 3pm the crawfish WERE ALL GONE!! It was a wonderful success, the wife was happy and we had a wonderful gathering of friends and family. Thank you for your wonderful service, your outstanding product and for running a great organization. I can assure you, next May you will be getting another call from me, however I will be ordering 125# next time! Thank You!

From reading through a few of the customer testimonials on your site I can't imagine that I am going to tell you anything that you don't already know...But I do want to thank your company and tell you what an outstanding party your crawfish and shrimp helped to create a couple of weeks ago. The food was amazing but what was really cool was when we poured them onto the table it became a rotating center of conversation. We had about 40 people and about 15 at a time would filter in and out. It really brought people together. I have thrown a ton of parties in my life but this one garnered the most compliments ever and it was all because of your crawfish. I foresee myself being a loyal customer for years to come. Hi folks, The crawfish were, in one word, AWESOME! I had two craw-sperienced ex-LA helpers and we all agreed that the 120lbs of jumbos that we got were about the finest that any of us had ever seen. Thanks for the GREAT crawfish! I introduced a bunch of West Texas farmers to the wonderful experience of a crawfish boil. Took a chance and ordered 100lbs and couldn't have picked a better company to order from. Maybe 50 dead mudbugs in the whole order, that's better than the sacks i would buy back home that were "fresh." You guys rock and have a customer for life.
