I just wanted to drop you a line about our recent crawfish delivery. The crawfish were beautiful and arrived here in Florida exactly on time. My family thoroughly enjoyed them and helped us to remember growing up in Louisiana. We usually go home to Louisiana twice a year, but this year things being as they are, we were unable to get there. That 30 lbs. of crawfish was heavenly for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your professional handling of our order and we will be back.

The shrimp were excellant.I have not had shrimp that good since I purchased fresh off a boat in Florida years back. Unbelievable! My 20 lbs of live crawfish arrived at 10:30 am Saturday on Memorial Day weekend. Not only was every one alive, they were actually crawling and jumping out of the pot. They were truly delicious. I can't wait for my next order. Thank you.

We had the TurPorken today for an early Thanksgiving with family and friends. It was a HUGE hit. Everyone loved it, and it's so easy to fix. We cooked it in one of those turkey bags, and it came out moist and succulent. First time for the pork version, the consensus was that folks liked it as much or more than the Turducken. Great food and great customer service. We will definitely order from you again. The TurPorken, the crawfish, and the meat pies remind us how much we miss Louisiana food since we moved away a few years ago!!!!

THe 30lbs of crawfish I received on Saturday were just plain awesome! For this time of year, the size was great and almost every crawfish was alive when I received them. Thanks for taking so much great care in providing live crawfish to those of us up here in the cold Midwest. I think you will also pick up a couple new customers who ate them for the first time at our party.

My daughter was home from college and wanted something special for easter, so last week, my wife and I ordered 20lbs of crawfish from your company for the first time. I can't say how impressed I was. The crawfish were delivered early and with very little dead loss, much less than I expected. The mudbugs tasted great and the meat was sweet. The spices included were positively the best we've ever tasted. I know the party was going well because I couldn't get anyone to stop eating long enough to carry on a conversation. In my book, that's the highest compliment. You have new loyal customers in my family and have begun a new easter tradition. Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that this year's crawfish boil at our home was a huge success thanks to the Louisiana Crawfish Company. We had 60 people in attendence (40 of which have attended each of the last 3 years) and they all said that this year's crawfish were the best ever! I have traditionally used another company's spices (I won't say which one, let's just say it starts with a "Z") and I gotta tell ya, your spices had much more flavor, was less salty and gave the crawfish a great kick. I appreciated your follow-up call to check on the flight schedule and delivery status. Overall, I can't think of a better experience when ordering live crawfish, The Croissant Crawfish Boil has finally found a crawfish supplier we can depend on and will be calling again soon for another shipment. I wanted to send a quick note and tell you that the 50 lbs that we got last week were AWESOME!!! We only had about 10 dead ones out of the whole batch...the seasoning was perfect, and our Crawfish boil in Ohio was PERFECT. There was not one left on the table...

I know, WHAT AM I DOING IN OHIO! Anyway, I called Becki and asked her how I could get crawfish shipped up here, and of course she recommended you and your company, and reminded me that I had met you. So I logged onto your web site and ordered 50lbs of live crawfish. First, let me say, the crawfish were wonderful, and quite a hit with these yankees up here! They loved it! The size was GREAT!! The way you ship them is great! I was very impressed and will order from you again, for sure! Made me PROUD to be from Louisiana! Let the good times roll in St. Louis! Thank you Louisiana Crawfish for delivering 30 pounds of delicious crawfish right to my door! Our annual "kick off" picnic for our little league team was a success. In the past, we have purchased our crawfish special order at a local fish market. Never a problem with them, but this year, thier prices were out of the roof! I found Louisiana Crawfish, and for LESS, I got home delivery, spices, and a great styrofoam container. Only a handful of the crawfish were not alive, which is what you expect in every batch. The rest were alive and kicking. That is, until we gave them a bath in a pot of boiling water with your delicious spices! Thanks, from your newest loyal customer.
