Dear LaCrawfish Team, I want to send you all a heart filled thank you! I received our order on Friday and it exceeded every expectation. Originally from Georgia, but went to college in New Orleans. I moved back to Georgia shortly after graduating in 2002 but have truly missed the taste of Louisiana, Crawfish. After 17 years away, I visited New Orleans in 2018 and the first thing we grabbed were Crawfish when we visited then. I was a little nervous ordering online and doing a boil as it was the first to both. The package arrived timely and out of the entire shipment there were only a handfull that I had to discard. After watching your how to videos, our 1st crawfish boil was a success!!! This was so needed at the time that we are in. Our family had a blast and all complimented the taste brought back memories of me while visiting me in New Orleans for my basketball games. So Thank You and we are now making this a family tradition. “The Crawford Crawfish Boil”. Thank you again, and we will place many orders to come.

Just wanted to thank you guys for a successful crawfish boil, and to let you know that I'm pretty sure my boil would not have been this much of a success without you. Living in South Carolina is a challenge all in itself, but the good news is that I was able to introduce crawfish to a group of about 20 people that have only had Chinese restaurant crawfish or had never tried them before. I only had about 10 crawfish total that didn't make it, which places you guys at the top of my very short list from which I will order from again (You are the only one on the list, BTW). Thanks again for a wonderful product and helping me to have such a great success.

Howdy Folks, Just wanted to drop a line and say Thank You for such good service and a great product! I ordered live crawfish to be shipped to my in-laws in Idaho. The order arrived on time, in perfect condition and without anything missing. They had a great boil and enjoyed the mudbugs very much. This was not my first order from LA Crawfish, and it definitely will not be my last.

One big shout out to Louisiana Crawfish Company. I Ordered 70 lbs of crawfish to be shipped to Arizona. Delivered directly to our home at 10:00 am. Only had about 12 crawfish that were dead, a whole lot less than what we expected. We were exceptionally pleased with the quality of the crawfish and the very small loss. We will be ordering again from Louisiana Crawfish Company. We lived on the Gulf Coast before moving to Arizona and really missed our crawfish boils. Now we know where to go to get our fix. Next time we may do it when it is a little cooler, it was 106 here when we decided to have our crawfish boil.

Just wanted to say Thanks for the great service.. We were unable, due to work issues to have our boil on Saturday so we did it on Sunday and only lost 6 mudbugs!! Everyone loved the andouille sausage, wish I had ordered more, I will next time for sure!! Though I can get it local from a great butcher here in Southern Maryland, Yours can't be beat! I just wanted to express my appreciation for your company. Being from Louisiana and now living in Oregon, I am still able to have the tastes of home at an affordable price with a high quality product. I have tried to explain the difference between La. crawfish and the crawfish you can get locally in Oregon, but the proof is always in the taste. Whenever I have ordered crawfish tails, they have always arrived when expected, and are still frozen with the dry ice. Also, if there is ever a question, I get a direct phone call from a very polite member of your staff(instead of an email which may delay delivery). The "extras"(seasoning,hot sauce) that are added are always a nice touch, too. I have only been here a couple of years, but I now have Oregon residents asking me to order for them, as they want the "authentic" crawfish. =) Thanks again for an awesome company,quality products, and true southern hospitality from your staff.

I am writing to you in thanks for a fantastic service. I am a native Louisianian (Slidell), but I have lived in Portland, Oregon for approximately eight years. During that time, I have repeatedly wished that I could host an authentic crawfish boil for my friends here, and you folks made that possible. I ordered 30 pounds of live crawfish for the recent Memorial Day weekend, and they arrived here in perfect condition (and held up equally well on the drive from Portland to our camping site in the Columbia Gorge). People up here went crazy for the crawfish, and it was wonderful to finally share such a treasured part of my home culture with my Pacific Northwest family. The boudin that I ordered was also exceptional. Great service, great product, and everything at a surprisingly low price. Best, Kyle

Well we ate it all!!! We made 2 crawfish pies that were excellent and a huge chicken and sausage jambalay. Everyone really enjoyed the food, but the really popular item was the Gator bits. We had 16 people over and they ate the gator as soon as it came out of the deep fryer. We had 2 packages and could have used 6, now we know. I've tried a few suppliers in the past 5-6 years, and have been ordering from your place for the last 2 years. My wife and I host crawfish dinner parties that are becoming a tradition in the French community here in Seattle. I'm on my 4th crawfish dinner this year, and all my guests, who had never experienced a cajun crawfish feast before they knew us, have been blown away by the quality of your product (and very happy with our dinners.) Your order process, shipping, packing, and quality of crawfish (I have barely had any dead crawfish in the 40 to 60 pounds you've shipped me each time) is perfect. I wanted to thank you for the best gift I could ever get my mom! We both moved away from Louisiana do to the military and always talk about how much we missed having crawfish. So I ordered 10lbs as a surprise, my sister and she went crazy when it arrived. My sister wouldn't stop hugging the box! Thank you again so much!

For years I've been ordering our live crawfish from y'all and have to date never been disappointed. I appreciate that you take such good care of us. I was so glad that you called on Thursday to let me know about the bad weather headed east and the possibility of our crawfish being delayed. Having them arrive a day early was easy and we lost maybe 6 crawfish. They were just what I expected and it really hit the spot. Thank you for what you do, y'all do it well.

First, I hope you are all doing okay after Gustav! I was hoping that it would all stay south of you, but from watching the news, it looks like he got pretty far inland. Second, I just want to write and say thank you for the great crawfish! I live in Ann Arbor, MI, and I've been wanting to order from you guys for some time. Knowing this, my sister surprised me with your delicious crawfish this past week! She ordered 10lbs of precooked crawfish and some alligator fillet nuggets for us to enjoy while watching football on Saturday. She even got me Louisiana Crawfish Co. t-shirt, which I will wear proudly! Everything was fresh and fantastic! Nice and spicy (I like spicy food, thus my appreciation/fascination for Louisiana cooking!) and flavorful! This definitely will not be the last time we order from you guys! Love them mudbugs! Dear LA Crawfish Company, I just want to say 'thank you' for helping to make our Christmas dinner so special, this year. My sister, and my nieces wanted to have crawfish etouffee, instead of the traditional fare, and I agreed. The 5 pounds of tail meat that I ordered from you arrived safetly, and on time, which is always appreciated. I will say this-there aren't very many things that can make a family delay opening thier gifts on Christmas Day, but once the etouffee was ready, all we could think about was eating, instead! All of my guests were very complimentary of the food, and I told them that when you prepare an authentic, creole dish, like this, the crawfish have to come from Louisiana. Your product, and your service are 'top shelf', and I would highly recommend your company to anyone. I wish you continued success, in 2010.

I just wanted to let y'all know that we were SO happy with our order! We purchased 59 pounds of live crawfish to be delivered to Cape Cod, Mass and only 15 crawfish didn't survive the trip. My husband and I are from southeast Texas and after seeing all our friends back home talk in week in and week out about having crawfish boils, I had to figure out how to get some up here! We are a Coast Guard family, and we have lots of friends up here that missed the goodness of the south too. We ended up with about 40 people at out house- some that wanted crawfish and some that were New Englanders that just wanted to see what the fuss was about. We had a great time, and I'm letting all my other CG friends around the US know that you guys deliver! Thank you for making our first get-together at a new duty station a success! My husband and I have a lot to live up to next time, since this was so great. Thanks again!
