Good Morning, I just wanted to say thank you for the shipment of 600 lbs of crawfish, 200 lbs shrimp, spices and table roll. Out of 600 lbs, I did not see a single dead crawfish in the entire batch. This was amazing and no matter how careful everyone is from packing, shipping, etc., there is normally 2 - 3 dead in each bag. Not this time. From the customer service we received from Avery and staff, to the order itself, I thank you for helping us make our Missouri Crawfish Boil successful for our local Veterans. After expenses, we raised over $10,500 to help us get our homeless Veterans into housing. We will do two smaller boils (around 30 to 90 pounds) in the next two months and will certainly be in contact when we're ready to order.

I live and work in Atchison, Kansas at Benedictine College. In the past three years we've purchased about 600 pounds of crawfish from the Louisiana Crawfish Company for our annual Crawfish Boil. Each time we've ordered the live crawfish, it was overnighted and on time. Our students got a kick out of the live crawfish and look forward every year to the event. We never have left overs after the event. We will be having our boil yet again this year, and everyone is looking forward to it. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I just wanted to say, I ordered the select value pack and was very satisfied with the quality of the crawfish. They were big, juicy and we had very little waste. I am a very happy customer and we had a fun crawfish boil this weekend. Thanks!

Just wanted to say that our order was PERFECT. Gave a few Washington DC boys their first taste of mudbugs over Memorial day weekend. Our 15 pounds were absolutely flawless. Not one dead one. delivery was phenomenal even for a holiday weekend. I will be ordering plenty more for years to come and will be recommending y'all to everyone I can. You guys are top notch.

I just wanted to let you know that our Mishicot matbug boil was a huge success for the youth wrestling club. we ordered 750 lbs Live crawfish shipped to Milwaukee on 5-30-14 by Southwest air. Picked up at airport then a 3 hour drive . when we opened all 20 boxes the crawfish were still cold and the gel packs were still partially frozen when we sorted the crawfish for cooking. there was only 4 lbs of dead ones out of the 750 lbs + Our sorting crew just could not believe it. and this was on Sat 5-31-14. Your crawfish are really the BEST. Our guests kept commenting on the large size and how fresh they were. we served 300 people plus walk ins. Just wanted to say Thanks for the great service.. We were unable, due to work issues to have our boil on Saturday so we did it on Sunday and only lost 6 mudbugs!! Everyone loved the andouille sausage, wish I had ordered more, I will next time for sure!! Though I can get it local from a great butcher here in Southern Maryland, Yours can't be beat! The party was a tremendous hit. The alligator was delectible and I should have ordered more. Made about 20 gallons of gumbos, one shrimp and tasso and one chicken with sausage. Louisiana Crawfish will remain on my list to visit frequently. Thanks.

Just want to let you know how pleased we were with our live crawfish shipment. I was a little, no, a lot nervous since I ordered the crawfish a day early of our crawfish boil party. I called and received advice on keeping the crawfish alive and well till boiling day. Out of 70 pounds, we only had about ten little crawfish that didn't get to swim in the "hot tub". We had a successful crawfish boil thanks to your advice on the telephone and the instructions and seasonings included with shipment. I can't wait to order again!

Every year, we have a party we call "Critter Christmas" where we get friends and family together and cook a large variety of exotic game. Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that this year's crawfish boil at our home was a huge success thanks to the Louisiana Crawfish Company. We had 60 people in attendence (40 of which have attended each of the last 3 years) and they all said that this year's crawfish were the best ever! I have traditionally used another company's spices (I won't say which one, let's just say it starts with a "Z") and I gotta tell ya, your spices had much more flavor, was less salty and gave the crawfish a great kick. I appreciated your follow-up call to check on the flight schedule and delivery status. Overall, I can't think of a better experience when ordering live crawfish, The Croissant Crawfish Boil has finally found a crawfish supplier we can depend on and will be calling again soon for another shipment.
