So far I've ordered from here twice and the service has been impeccable. Reasonable pricing and the seasoning with the value packs is top notch! Will most likely be ordering again when the select sizes are in stock.

I order 2 or 3 sacks a year for the last 4 years. I haven’t had any problems with customer service or with my crawfish. Always in each bag there is only a few dead out of 30-50lbs. And I live in central Florida. I will only order my crawfish from Louisiana Crawfish Company

This was my first time ordering from LA Crawfish Company and I will absolutely order from them again. I think I threw out a dozen crawfish because they were dead out of 30 pounds. Not a dozen pounds, a dozen crawfish! These folks have their work down to a science same I can't wait for my next boil.

First time ever doing a crawfish boil and it went fantastic. We had to hold them overnight (no Sunday delivery) and only lost about 20 crawfish out of a 30 pound order. Flavor was great and the experience was super easy, will definitely order again.

I purchased these crawfish for a low country boil on July 4th. I wanted to stay away from frozen ones and try fresh. Did not have time to do the live ones then cook them myself. These turned out excellent and the flavor was amazing! Will buy again!!

This was my first time ordering form La Crawfish. I'm super pleased with the product. It arrived on time, on a Saturday, with zero hiccups. They are very reasonably priced. I ordered 60 Lbs for my boil party and only had 22 crawfish that didn't survive the journey. I was expecting much much more loss than that. VERY impressed!! I am now a customer for life. GREAT product, GREAT customer service, GREAT communication! I was happy to bring a little piece of Louisiana to upstate NY for a day. UPSTATE NY LOVES LA CRAWFISH!

I've been ordering products from La crawfish for many many years. I was very very pleased with my recent buy of 100 lbs of Jumbo crawfish. They came in, in two boxes with two sacks to a box which made for 4 easy perfect boils. I had 50 ppl and we had a blast. Sadly we were having so much fun we forgot to take a photo. We had such a great experience with Louisiana crawfish. We live in California and the crawfish made out here alive and well. Their shipping cost is priced great! Additionally the crawfish had good size meat. I would recommend them time and time again. I’m already on my second order in less than two weeks.

As usual, the crawfish were very tasty and they did amazing job delivering on time. My only comments are that the deadline seemed excessive and they only sent one shaker of seasoning. I estimate the dead loss was around 4 pounds for an 80 pound order. Typically they send at least two shakers for the size of an order. Still a great product.

Since this was my first experience ordering live crawfish I had several questions prior to my purchase. I was able to text my questions and received an answer back very quickly. The crawfish came exactly when they said they would have them to me. The quality was excellent my family truly enjoyed our crawfish boil! Planning on having another one soon!

The 10lb stayed alive in a cooler with drain hole covered in ice for 2 days. Only lost about 15 in transit and maybe 10 the day of boil. Very clean, though I also purged. The flavor just wasn’t right though. I need to know step by step how to boil and soak them to get that LA flavor. I did the boil with the provided seasoning bag, an extra boost of lemons, oranges, onion, garlic, and seasonings. Still hard to peel

Ordered 60 lbs of live mudbugs to Northern NV. Delivered on time and packed with care. Delivered on Friday about noon, and our boil was Saturday at 2pm. Took care of them overnight with ice, made sure they had air, and drained water from bottom of coolers so they didn't drown. Boil went great! Only had to cull about 20 of them that didn't make it. I'm sure it would have been fewer if I cooked them same day. Good sizes in mid May. Thanks for a great product

I think I have been using LACC for a long time … just for me ;) but this year we decided to start a tradition and organized 1st annual crawfish boil . FedEx failed to deliver on time BUT LA crawfish company came through !!! They re shipped and party was ON!!!!

We have a crawfish boil every year. (Party Packs are amazing!). Alligator bites are a friends and family favorite. Unfortunately with celiac I have to make them gluten free, this alligator fits the bill and then some. Louisiana Crawfish accidentally forgot 1lb of alligator in my order and were so kind with excellent customer service they were able to get it to us in time for me to bread for our yearly party. We wouldn't shop anywhere else for amazing Louisiana products!

The best company out there. Ups said they would not make it for Friday so la crawfish called and sent me another order for Saturday. I have not seen customer service like this in years. A situation that was out of their hands and they made good for ups mistakes. Top notch service and food. Thank you la crawfish co. You guys are the best!
