Ordered the nuggets thinking we would be getting small pieces. NOT SO! Good size on all the pieces we have used so far. Lots of fish in each bite. Catfish restaurant close to us is more breading than fish. We will be ordering again.

I have ordered a few times now and have always had a great experience. Im from south east georgia so thats quite a long ways to ship live crawfish. I have not had a sack yet that had more than 10 dead. For orders of 30-50lbs, and that few dead, is what will continually keep me coming back to order. The seafood boil is also a big plus! I hadnt used the steam box process in the past and have recently started using it. Adding the seasing and letting them steam takes the crawfish to another level! Been eating crawfish for 49 years including the 12 years that I lived in Louisiana. I didn't even know Jumbo grade was a thing. Got a yellow sack when I saw it. Slightly bigger then the Select grade and sooo easy to peel and eat. This was a treat from the Crawfish gods. I am framing the empty sack lol and Imma do it again.

First time ever having crawfish. Thank you for making the process so easy and great seasonings and recipes to guide us. We were having a seafood boil and the crawfish was a great addition. Tasted great. All enjoyed. Loved the party pack, tee shirt fun stuff etc.

I only order a couple times a year. The crawfish were great! The only drawback I had was the crawfish were supposed to be delivered before noon and they weren’t. I look forward to using LA crawfish often

I was a seafood salesman for aprox 21 years...this product is the best ive had in all my years...its also American...the foreign crayfish are not NEARLY as good...so buyers beware of cheap foreign prices...you will not be happy!

Louisiana Crawfish have never let us down every year I get so nervous because we get delivery the day of the party. The ladies in the office are knowledgeable and patient. This was her 24th Birthday and as always alive and fresh.

This is our 4th year of annual crawdad boil, and LA Crawfish is the absolute best. They always arrive live and cook up delicious. The boil spice gets compliments every year of flavor, but not too hot.

For the past decade we’ve ordered almost every year, and we are never disappointed.
A few years ago PA changed laws and now we can’t order the live crawfish. That was a bummer, but I have to say ordering the boiled has been great!

My boiled crawfish arrived on the date and time I specified. They were well seasoned and had plenty of meat in the tails and claws! I definitely plan on ordering again before this season ends!

First time ordering from LA Crawfish and boy, what a treat! These select crawfish were the best we've had. Arrived the night before on SW Cargo and kept in a cooler until we picked them up in the morning. Got them home and started the purging process....these were some premium mud bugs! Boiled 90# and not a one was left. Will be back again next year!

This was the first time I purchased a Turducken from Louisiana Crawfish Co. and it tasted the best that I have ever cooked! I usually purchase a Turducken from Costco, however I decided to purchase the one from Louisiana Crawfish. I would have given it a 5 star review but I had a problem when slicing the Turducken, it didn’t stay in a slice but fell apart. That could have been because of my cutting skills! The Turducken tasted GREAT!!!
