Crawfish Tail Meat

Being a transplat to SoCal where you only find god awful Chinese packaged tail meat. I finally pulled the trigger and purchased 2 packages. Delivery and product quality were all excellent. My etouffee came out like mom used to make. Will definitely purchase again.

I've purchased a total of 12 bags of these tails. Stocking up for upcoming Indiana winter to make dirty rice, jambalaya, etc. Use Zatarain's as it's quick and very tasty. Thanks for offering this product!

I was a seafood salesman for aprox 21 years...this product is the best ive had in all my years...its also American...the foreign crayfish are not NEARLY as good...so buyers beware of cheap foreign prices...you will not be happy!

I love buying these 1 pound packages of crawfish tails with the fat on I love to make crawfish étouffée, and I also make jambalaya with them in it. These tails are perfect for making it quick and easy.

My order arrived in New Hampshire but the tails were thawed and I was concerned. I contacted Louisiana Crawfish and even though it was memorial Day Weekend they responded immediately. I was to receive a new order. We specified the next Wednesday and it arrived frozen hard as a rock. We used one pound to make South Carolina Creole with Grits. I so love this company. We love etouffe, using Chef Paul Prudohme recipe. The Lacrawfish product is perfect. It is High quality and easy to use in preparation. No surprise though, all Lacrawfish products are great by our standards.

I ordered these online to make etouffee. I haven’t made it yet but I always used this brand when Walmart sold it. These tails are delicious! I was a bit skeptical about ordering them frozen but they were packaged so well that they were not thawed at all. I just put them in my freezer immediately and I’ll have them for my New Year’s Eve crawfish etouffee! I can’t wait! I highly recommend using this company!

Excellent product, would love to order live crawfish but I live in Wisconsin and they don't allow it so had to get just the meat. Stalekracker never steered me wrong I used them to make a recipe out of his cookbook.

We ordered 6 pounds of crawfish tails. When we received the cooler, two of the packages were no longer frozen. Four were still frozen and went right into the freezer, but other two, which were not directly under the cold packs, had thawed.

I’ve made crawfish etouffee, gumbo & black beans and rice. All equally delicious. For college football Saturday I made my first crawfish pie. My wife said “Wow” which is a good sign. Great product

Used Louisiana Crawfish Company in the past to ship live crawfish to our farm in KY, always nice size and live, bought tails to have shipped to our house in Hawaii, best tails I've ever used to make the Etouffee'.

I have been getting tail meat from here for years. I live in San Francisco I can’t get any good crawfish here.
My partner makes a version of crawfish Monica that is so great and we use the tail meat to make it. She also étouffée which is also so good.

This was my first purchase, along with some jumbo lump crabmeat, and these crawfish tails were just wonderful! Everything arrived promptly, and I made the Fried Crawfish tails per your recipie and some mini Crab Cake balls for appetizers for Memorial Day (wanted to be diffierent) and they were a hit! Thank you for providing me a way to get a tase of Louisana here in CA...looking forward to more purchases!

Received the following morning after ordering. Six of the seven packages were still frozen, but one was slightly defrosted. We used that pound the next day….no problem. The meat is a little pricey, but what the hell, it didn’t come from China, or some other foreign country.

First time buying fresh crawfish tail meat (usually get the frozen tail meat- which is also delicious). It was amazing. Made 2 pounds of crawfish étouffée and my husband and son polished off 90% of it. Yum. I only wish you would ship via UPS exclusively. FedEx is just too unreliable. I lucked out this time, but they have left my order on a truck in a warehouse over the weekend and the product spoiled.
