Cajun Caviar

I’ve ordered from this crawfish spot in New Orleans about 4 times now, and it never misses. Being from the South, I legit crave that Louisiana taste, and this place nails it every time. They freeze the crawfish right after boiling, so it stays juicy and seasoned just like home. If you’re in Cali, trust me, this is the real deal.

This was my 5th order and it was the absolute best by far. Crawfish had some good size to them and they were seasoned perfectly. Arrived earlier than expected so I was pleasantly surprised. Had crawfish for brunch, lunch and dinner.

I’ve been buying from LaCrawfish now for at least 3 years. I’ve always enjoyed the product but with their policy change this year to overnight ship SELECT, my enjoyment has reached a new level. I’ve only ordered twice this year so far with the second shipment being even better than the first, the first being heads and tails (ha) above the previous field run that was available. I’ve only experience a delivery problem one time and is was handled promptly and courteously.
I’ll be back!

We have been ordering crawfish from this company for many years. The only issue with this product is there was quite a bit of claws and legs. Other than that, the crawfish are very flavorful and have recommended LACrawfish to many friends . We started having family boils for about 10 years now. Love your products.

I’ve been purchasing from this company for almost 9 years. As a Louisiana Native serving in California, I get homesick a lot. When I found this company, I’ve been feeling more at home. I really appreciate your business. Every year I bring a bit of our culture to people who’ve never experienced it. No complaints so far lol.

I would highly recommend! Party pack was delivered as advertised. T-shirt was great and the crawfish were even better! I would recommend going with the spicy seasoning... not much heat with the mild. Will be ordering again. Hopefully sooner than later ; )

Best live crawfish on the planet. They are big, fiesty and absolutely delicious boiled in LA crawfish seasoning. Wouldn't get them from anyone else. And I order them every few weeks thruout the season.

I waited patiently until I saw that you had live crawfish for the season. I was not disappointed! They were good. I'm looking forward to my next order real soon. I live in North Carolina and they are not plentiful here. So I order from you.

This will be the fourth of fifth time I have ordered live crawfish from LA Crawfish and literally every time I has been pleased. The product comes in on time, it is fresh and the folks I serve it to are thrilled with the quality. I work to do a boil atleast once a year and will continue to do so and to order my crawfish from LA Crawfish Co every time.

We’ve hosted our annual crawfish boil for 8 years and always relied on Louisiana Crawfish Co. They never disappoint!
Overnight Saturday delivery gets us fresh high quality crawfish and seasoning.

Highly recommend!

Highest marks for Louisiana Crawfish Company! I'm a repeat customer, and have never had anything but exceptional products delivered to me. My crawfish etouffee was the hit of a New Year's Eve party I attended, with many guests coming back for seconds! Thank you for the quality crawfish tail meat-your company never lets me down!

My last shipment of fresh boiled crawfish was excellent as usual. The spice was perfect, and I am picky. Shipping overnight is always seamless and on time. I will continue to order this excellent product!

You guys never disappoint! This was my 6th year ordering your Value Packs and they have always been Outstanding! The Select size are show stoppers with everyone.
Keep up the great work!

Thanks,
Ken B

We have a crawfish boil every year. (Party Packs are amazing!). Alligator bites are a friends and family favorite. Unfortunately with celiac I have to make them gluten free, this alligator fits the bill and then some. Louisiana Crawfish accidentally forgot 1lb of alligator in my order and were so kind with excellent customer service they were able to get it to us in time for me to bread for our yearly party. We wouldn't shop anywhere else for amazing Louisiana products!

We've been buying from La Crawfish for years. Crawfish are shipped to the West Coast. Very few if any are DOA. Always clean and fresh. We also order shrimp and sausage as well thought the year and are very satisfied with our order.

I ordered extra seasoning to boil my vegetables in while the crawfish were cooking in another pot. The flavor is outstanding and has and ok spice level. I would have liked it to be a little more spicy.

I have routinely ordered crawfish from Louisiana Crawfish for my out of state crawfish boils for 7 years now. They always ensure great quality and convenience with overnight delivery of the crawfish to my door the morning of my crawfish boil. This year when the season started slow and predictions were for a terrible season, they delivered an ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING batch of purged crawfish. With family in town visiting from New Orleans, they noted these crawfish were better than any they had seen this season!

Always reliable and will be back for more next year!

I have ordered from LA Crawfish 5 times now. They are consistently the very best. I have used other local places and the quality and price do not compare. LA Crawfish has a great all-in price that covers shipping and they have never failed to deliver right on time. Almost all of the crawfish survive the trip and their size and taste are exceptional! I have recommended them to many of my friends and will keep ordering every Spring.

I order quite a bit and it is usually not an issue but I would say 8 lbs or so we're dead and I only ordered 20. Shells were softer than normal so I'm thinking they couldn't hold the weight or the others.. I don't know. Just never had damn near half dead like that!

Everything shipped out and arrived when it said it would. Called them before placing order and and they were very helpful and they even called me back to let me know I chose the wrong shipping method and over paid so they were refunding me the difference. I feel not many places would go out of their way to call and let you know that. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!
