We purchased two 30 lbs bags of crawfish. They were received in good condition and almost all were alive. We had a great boil due to the great quality of crawfish. Looking forward to the next boil with the company.

I got this for my wife for Christmas. I won present of the year for sure! It was easy to cook in and made a 10 pound shrimp boil with potatoes in short order. Baby potatoes took about 15 minutes to cook to perfection, green beans took 7 minutes and shrimp were right on the money at 3 minutes. Added a 1 pound bag of seasoning and let soak for 20 minutes. Turned out great and made a great Christmas meal.

Just received the 30lbs of live crawfish from lacrawfish.com. As always the quality of crawfish is superior. The packaging and over night shipping is amazing. Can wait until next crawfish feast soon.

Purchased for my husband's birthday. Came with beads, a shirt, a koozie, and his favorite meal ever!! So glad we can get our favorite part of the gulf delivered to home! Will definitely order again!!

Had a family crab boil and ordered the aligator sampler for apetizers. I hate to say it but the apetizers were better than the crab boil! I will definitely order more (especially loved the boudin)!!!

These folks have continued to excel at providing a taste of home all the way out here in California. The crawfish always arrive on time, with better than expected survival rates. I have used them three times and will continue to order Crawfish for my boils from them.

We’ve ordered Crawfish Etouffee several times from here and different brands. They’re all excellent. We served 6 people on Christmas Eve and had leftovers for 2 more meals. It never disappoints. The kids even said, “Wow. We’re eating gourmet tonight!”

Not knowing how long to let this run. I set my timer for 20 minutes. somewhere around 15 minutes I went back out to check on it. The water was running clear. We only do a boil once a year. This is going to save me so much time every boil.

I’ve been a customer since 2009 when my friend introduced me to the crawfish. I’ve been ordering annulayy since then when I celebrate my birthday! My friends are amazed when the shipment arrived; when it is cooked; and when it is served in front of them!

Got this the day or making, so I couldn't soak it like the recipe I used called for. It claimed it is so lean it could dry out. We skewered it and wrapped in bacon and smoked for about 2.5 hours. Didn't dry out at all and WOW, was delicious, a big hit at the party!

We ordered a 5 foot alligator last July. The customer service and product Boys recipe and stuffed the gator with crawfish andoille corn bread stuffing. It was perfect. We loved it so much that we are planning our 2nd annual alligator roast for next month! Thank you!

We did a boil for some folks at work and they were the best crawfish I've every done. they were gone so fast I didn't hardly get to eat. They tasted delicious and clean! Will only order purged from now on.

Omg, 10lbs were gifted to me and they were absolutely delicious. Living in Louisville, Ky, it is very hard to get really good fresh seafood. I’m waiting for the blue crab to be back in stock! LAcrawfish, you rock!

I have always ordered from Louisiana Crawfish Company and they have always been GREAT. There was only 1 time when a package arrived and like almost 50 crawfish did not survive the trip. I called them and they credited my account for a couple of pounds of Crawfish. Since then most survived only like a hand full or 2 didn't make it. I Love LIVE Crawfish!!!

I have been ordering from LACRAWFISH for maybe 30 years now? It is fabulous, every time. We fell in love with crawfish from our trade show visits to New Orleans years and years ago. We really missed not having it and were delighted to discover LACRAWFISH. We ordered back in the 90s and are still at it!

The crawfish we ordered were wonderful. Only lost a few, which is par. I had an issue with the previous order, but, the company handled it very much to my satisfaction. I have ordered many times from them and they have excellent customer service and product. Highly recommended.

I thought I ordered 40lbs of live, purged, crawfish and was quite surprised when I opened the cooler to find already boiled, purged, crawfish. Well sometimes mistakes can turn out great. No one was disappointed about the boil. Dropping the crawfish in to warm the up vs cooking and soaking just meant the food hit the table faster. Left overs warmed up great the next day too. It was a great birthday weekend for my wife and our guests!

First time ever having crawfish. Thank you for making the process so easy and great seasonings and recipes to guide us. We were having a seafood boil and the crawfish was a great addition. Tasted great. All enjoyed. Loved the party pack, tee shirt fun stuff etc.
