A neighbor was raving about it. My cousin lives in Louisiana so I called to ask about this. She raved about it as well and sent me a bunch. We cooked 3. They were very hot since we just took them off the grill but I had to taste what I had been waiting for. They were so fantastic I HAD to devourer the whole thing instantly. It was so good I couldnt wait for it to cool! I burned the roof of my mouth since I couldnt wait and it was WORTH every bite!

This garlic sausage was amazing. The smell while cooking was mouth watering and the taste did not disappoint. My son ate an entire pound in one sitting. I will order this kind only going forward.

When I first tried this, I almost ate an entire link on its own. I have included it in a crawfish boil and used it in a jambalaya since - both tuned out really well. Great smoky taste, a little bit of spice, and most importantly the right amount of fat. I do recommend following the instructions on the package and removing the casing.

Best Stop never disappoints, same great products delivered for a very fair price. Shipped from back home all the way to Utah. Can't find this quality of sausage anywhere but Louisiana, in my opinion.

Being a newbie to LCC, I didn't follow the directions to make these yummy morsels. They fell apart because I tried to fry them in a little butter (to try and save calories). Dumb move! I just might go out and get a deep fryer JUST so I can fry these outstanding bites in batches! They are awesome! I just wish I would've purchased more!

I order this sausage this sausage from out of state. And I know about this sausage because I grew up in Louisiana. Hands down the best sausage that you would ever find. It goes with everything. You will not find a better tasting sausage than down home Hickory smoked sausage. You have to try it.

I purchased this item for our Super Bowl party diner. I followed the instructions for defrost and cooked it on a pellet grill. Everyone raved at how good it was. It was a true centerpiece dish that I would do again.

Mercy, this is the best boudin I have had in a minute. I will buy again. However, I’m gonna have to wait a bit on a second order because of the shipping cost. I garon-T I will be ordering again when I get caught back up on $$

This is really great boudin, absolutely worth it. Don’t be put off by the “extra hot” label; if you can tolerate a typical cayenne based Louisiana hot sauce, this will be alright for you. For me, perfect amount of spice.

I love the smoked boudin - I cook them on the grill because I like a bit of a crisp casing. One package came damaged/unsealed and LACrawfish promptly made it right and express-shipped a replacement.

These are the best… we love them.. we love them so much we ordered them and sent them to WY to family… and our last order came in with 3 packs not vacuumed sealed replaced with in 24 hours… great product and great company…

My husband was from Louisiana and introduced me to boudin in 1988. Being from NJ I had never heard of it but once I tasted it I was hooked!! At least twice a year I order several pounds from Louisiana Crawfish Company along with several pounds of crawfish….best ever!!

This sausage is the best. I have not lived in Louisiana for a very long time, and as hard I have tried to find a good substitute for this sausage, I never could, so I bought a bunch and had it shipped overnight. It's as good as I remembered and I will certainly order more when I run out!

My grandparents lived near Poche's when I was a kid. I grew up eating their boudin. I live in California now, so I was so happy to see that I could order it here! It tastes EXACTLY like it always did, and it's worth spending the couple of extra dollars! I would argue that Poche's makes the best boudin in Louisiana, hands down, and paved the way for others who wanted to make great boudin. If you ever get the chance, go to their restaurant in Breaux Bridge! If you're far away like me and can't--then order it here!

Had Andouille before, but never like this!… was in a larger casing this time and made for a nice healthy bite. The sausage was perfectly smoked and was by far the best sausage ive had. We will definitely be buying this again!

Never tried this before. Had 4 friends over two nights ago for a party evening. Sliced this up and served with a Kewpie Mayo, horseradish and Crystal side sauce. Pack of hyenas attacked, and was gone in a blink. Everyone loved it!

Was in NOLA for the 2013 Jazz Fest and had boudin for the first time. Fell in love with the taste, much like the scrapple we have here but in a casing. Found it on line and had it shipped. Delicious!

The rice was wonderful. I took it out of the container it came in, fluffed it up, added some butter, a few sprinkles of salt, tossed it in the oven the last 10 minutes the Turducken was cooking and it was absolutely amazing. We spooned the juices from the Turducken over the rice on our plates and just can't get any better than that.

I decided to do a mudbug boil this past weekend and have had no luck finding good andouille around my place in Southern California so while I was ordering my crawdads, I picked up a couple pounds of Comeaux's and man was it delicious! It has great flavor and texture. It definitely added that extra something special to my boil and all the guests loved it!

We got these for a family cookout and they were a big hit. Just enough spice to be tasty and yet not overwhelming. One of our nieces admitted she took a sandwich bag and saved herself a bunch for later.
