DESCRIPTION
All the rich, savory flavor of The Best Stop’s award-winning boudin—just with less red pepper. This milder version blends seasoned pork, a touch of pork liver, rice, onions, bell peppers, and green onions into a smooth, satisfying mix, then stuffs it into a casing for easy cooking. With three links in every 16oz pack, it’s perfect for those who love Cajun comfort without the extra heat. Bake, grill, or boil until heated to 165°F and enjoy a gentler take on a Louisiana favorite.
- Cooking Steps: boudin should heat to 165 degrees
- In a boiling pot, fill with water until half full, and add a splash of Kitchen Bouquet.
- Add desired amount of boudin to the pot. Make sure water is covering boudin.
- Cover the pot and cook for about 7-10 minutes. Once the water starts to boil, the boudin should be ready.
- To check the boudin, pinch the boudin in the middle. If it stays indented, it is NOT ready. If the casing pops back out, it is ready.
- Ingredients: Pork, Water, Rice, Pork Livers, Onions, Green Bell Peppers, Browning Sauce (Water, Caramel Color, Vinegar, Citric Acid, Garlic Powder, Pepper, Onion Powder, Spice), Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Spices, Dehydrated Green Onions. Contains: MSG.

These mild Boudin are just perfect, same deliciousness as the originals but, a bit more forgiving for those with a “lower heat resistance”!
