Are the crawfish tails cooked and seasoned?

Our crawfish tail meat is par-boiled and packaged unseasoned, with the concentrated crawfish fat included to maximize flavor.

Preparation Note: Many recipes specifically require the inclusion of this crawfish fat. Should your recipe not call for the fat, it can be easily rinsed from the meat prior to preparation.
When is crawfish tail meat available?

Our standard crawfish tail meat is available throughout the year. The Premium Size—sourced exclusively from our largest crawfish—is a seasonal offering, typically available during the peak harvest period of April to May. Standard sizing is provided during all other months.

First time buying fresh crawfish tail meat (usually get the frozen tail meat- which is also delicious). It was amazing. Made 2 pounds of crawfish étouffée and my husband and son polished off 90% of it. Yum. I only wish you would ship via UPS exclusively. FedEx is just too unreliable. I lucked out this time, but they have left my order on a truck in a warehouse over the weekend and the product spoiled.
