UPS shipped our order to a wrong place and said there was no way to get our order on June 5th for our anniversary dinner. When I called and told you you said you would ship another order at no charge on Monday or refund that order. I chose reship. It was not at all your fault and you reshipped the order. Thank You. I did not see the order arrive as I was out delivering food in the community on Tues, Wed and Friday. My husband was home and he took care of the meat. He immediately cooked up a package for him and our grandson. They ate the whole package.He loved his anniversary present. I just have to say WOW! and Thank You so much! We will order again. Last week I ordered 40 lbs of crawfish for my first crawfish boil. I invited friends and family over and we all have an excellent time. The crawfish were clean and we were all very satisfied with how it turned out! I just thought I would tell you how much we all appreciated your business and we will be definitely be doing it again SOON! I don't know if you guys do a photo gallery but I thought I'd send you some pictures we captured doing the boil. If you do a gallery it'd be awesome to show off the fun we had! The service of your company was amazing. Your employees were very very helpful with recommendations and helping me figure out what to order. All around a it was a great time and I appreciate the time your employees took to help me. You guys are being recommended to everyone I talk to in Illinois! Sorry for the late response, but I can't let it go with out saying that you costumer service is outstanding you products are the best we've had, to be expected. My family had a great boil. We will keep doing this every year , they liked the two boils that may be the new pre summer party's. Thanks again you are a pleasure to deal with. You and all your family's have a great year. Also when the kids see your box on the porch they say ahayeee until the boils over.

The crawfish delivered Friday afternoon and were great. Only 4 were crushed/dead and everyone enjoyed them. Your boil seasoning was very good on the crawfish and vegetables. We had several people who had never had crawfish and now they are hooked. Thanks again for the easy ordering/tracking process and the party pack included with the crawfish!

It has been a long time coming for me to order the crawlfish. I hadn't ordered these things in about 10-12 years so my youngest didn't remember them. Worst of all is he absolutely loves them. Well our order came 7-3-13 and I couldn't wait. He has never had them that fresh and he went to town eating them. I forgot how great they tasted fresh. We had a great time and for the quality, shipping, fun and price you cant beat it. Oh did I mention the alligator. Yeah 4lbs of alligator gone in minutes. Thanks again for the service, AWESOME customer service, and the great time. I cant wait to order again and do it right. I got the rust off now the fun begins. I just wanted to take the time to let everyone at Louisiana Crawfish Co. know what an unbelievable experience we had at our first ever crawfish boil. The included instructions were very easy to follow, as this was our first time to try a boil. Great product! I was born and raised in LA growing up in Franklin and Ouachita parishes and have eaten way more than my fair share of crawfish. I did a LOT of research and y'all's website was the ONLY one that made clear the cost of getting crawfish sent out here and in addition the prices are very fair based on what my friends and family tell me the cost is when picking up at local farms in LA and AL as well. On top of that, they flew out on Friday and after picking them up on Saturday, then holding them until 2p on Sunday I STILL only ended up with maybe 1-2 lbs dead. Much less than I expected based on prior experience. Healthy crawfish... I'll mention to the LSU Alumni chapter out here what I've found (if they're not already ordering from y'all). Y'all're definitely my first and only pick whenever I and my friends decide to do this again. Have a great day!

I just wanted to thank you for providing me with some of the biggest and best crawfish that I've ever had. I went to school in New Orleans so I had my fair share of crawfish boils, but never have I had crawfish like the ones from your company. I was so pleased to share some Louisiana culture with my fellow New Yorkers. The crawfish were a big hit! The seasoning that you sent was amazing.Thank you again. I am in the Navy and I am stationed in Northern VA attending school. I found your website about a month ago and asked 6 of my buddies if they wanted to have a boil. I ordered 35lbs of mudbugs from you guys last Friday for delivery Saturday. I got the bugs a little after 10am. This was the first time that i actually hosted (and cooked) a boil. With your bugs and the info I got from your site about preparation, the boil was not only a success but a blast!! One of my buddies is from St. Louis and had never experienced this delicacy. We taught him how to peel and to suck the heads. He did, and he LOVED it! I just wanted to say THANK YOU for a great product. I WILL BE BACK!!!

Your guys are the BOMB!! I ordered them last night at 3:45 pm and they were at my door at 11am!! As normal, they are almost 100% alive-but the extra touch of Mardi Gras beads and creole seasoning is a wonderful surprise. And the prices actually went down (unlike gas prices!!) Thanks Again-you are the only company we use!!

I think you run a top notch business and will recommend you to all of my friends. I have really had some poor service in this industry-late deliveries, poor quality, and sometimes no delivery at all. This is my second order--best frozen crawfish tails we've had. We love Louisiana and it's food. Previously we had ordered from Cajun Grocer, but the quality varied a lot. It is nice to order from the source. Thanks for your prduct!!

Thank you so much! We had our New York City crawfish boil on Sunday with the 15 pounds of crawfish that you shipped to me. Everyone loved them! I added some sausage that I also bought from you and people thought it was the best sausage they ever ate! We are going to do another boil this Sunday and I can't wait to place another order with you. Your customer service was friendly and helpful. The crawfish were good size and delicious.

We had our crawfish boil last weekend and 24 people showed up. We had ordered 60lbs of crawfish from your company and you it would come at 12:30 on that day. It arrived exactly that time and everything was perfectly shipped in styrofoam with seasoning and packs to keep it just the right temp. ..out of 60lbs only 8 dead crawfish, that was excellent and the size was great. Everyone enjoyed themselves and I would most definitely order from you again and no one else. I told my friends that is going to be having a boil soon and he will be ordering from you also after seeing how the crawfish were ordered and delivered. Thank you very much for everything.
