This is the very same blend trusted by professional boilers to perfectly season tens of thousands of pounds of crawfish, shrimp, and crabs every year.
- Each 1 lb bag will boil approximately 10-15 lbs of crawfish, 10-15 lbs of shrimp or 1-2 doz crabs.
- Cooking Instructions: Add water in large pot to cover seafood. Add required seasoning as indicated above. Bring water to a rolling boil and add seafood. Use recommended cook/soak times for appropriate seafood & enjoy Louisiana’s finest delicacies!

If you like the original which in my opinion is amazing and you want to bump it up a notch without melting your teeth this is perfect. Dissolves and flavors like the original but has considerably more bite.
