Bayou Carlin Oyster Co.

These arrived on time for a next day boil. Took a damp towel and place ice bag on top with the lid askew to keep the little buggers alive. We ordered 90# and lost only ~ 20-30. Next time I would order the hot spice mix, but the service was great. The select size was great! had about 4# of tails left for a future etouffee. For this area (NC), plan on ~2#/guest. Again, we will order here for all of our crawfish needs.

I have ordered from them since 2014 and they are awesome. My last order went astray in no way due to them the shipping company misdirected it. They offered and sent a new order out immediately so our plans would not be ruined. Their products are awesome and they stand behind their product. Can't get any better than that!!!!!!!!

Amazing service. The shipment arrived on time and in good condition. The crawfish were large and very tasty. The entire party loved the great flavor of the seasoning and all 30 lbs of crawfish were gone in an hour and a half. Being a LONG way from Cajun Country, we truly appreciate the great quality of service that Louisiana Crawfish Co. provides to their customers. Thank you!

As a fifteen year customer I have never had an issue with the overnight delivery of live crawfish from Louisiana Crawfish Co. On time and intact. Very nicely sized. Once again, very pleased and satisfied.

I have been getting tail meat from here for years. I live in San Francisco I can’t get any good crawfish here.
My partner makes a version of crawfish Monica that is so great and we use the tail meat to make it. She also étouffée which is also so good.
Great product great customer service.
Great product

I ordered a 50lb party pack for a Saturday boil with family and friends in North Carolina. I usually order a value pack, but there was a 10% off sale making the party pack cheaper.
The order arrive by noon Saturday and when we opened the sacks we found less than a dozen stills, remarkable for that shipping distance. The field run size crawfish were nice size and the seasonings were just right as usual. Our boil was a big success thanks to the quality of the products.
Oh yeah, the T-shirt is really nice too!

There was problem with UPS delivery due to flight delays, I called to report what I saw from UPS updates my Crawfish would be late and spoiled. I talked with a cutomer rep., they saved our father's day by sending a new delivery on Satuday.

I am very happy wity the purchase of the jumbo crawfish. As advertised, these were huge! They arrived alive and was still moving the next day! My only feedback is can we pay extra for cleaner crawfish? The bags were very muddy! hard to wash in a small apartment. ? I will remain a loyal customer.

Customer Service was great. I'm a first time customer… But it will not be the last time, crawfish came on time very few and I made very few were dead. They were delicious next time I purchase I'm gonna have to purchase the select.

The best! I have ordered live Crawfish from all of the other providers and LA Crawfish is simply and clearly the best. On time, excellent quality, clean and VERY few dead. I get them flown to Charleston five or six times a season and have for many years. Always happy. The best.

Outstanding service, only had 7 dead ones and they set in my garage for 6 hours until I got home. Big hit up here in OH as it is difficult to get live mudbugs up here. 10/10 will be ordering again, probably a full sack this time. Also, gotta try the gator and boudin!

I ordered my crawfish two weeks prior to delivery. The crawfish arrived on time, beautiful and ready to join us for dinner! We live in Ohio so those crawfish traveled a long way and were absolutely delicious!!! We are repeat customers and now you know why! Thank you Louisiana Crawfish for always being dependable and providing the best!!! Nancy D. from central Ohio

It's fresh boiled but packed in sanitary bags with 5 pounds each. Arrives refrigerated so you know your seafood hasn't been sitting around going bad. Top notch product, top notch service, great company!

I ordered 10lbs of boiled select Crawfish. They were nice size cooked perfectly. After about 10 minutes steaming they tasted just like they came fresh out of the boil. A little underseasoned so I would order extra spice next time

Oh so excellent! We ordered 15 lbs. Communication was excellent informing us of any possible eventualities. The seasoning was very good. We had no trouble at all doing our boil. The crawfish were clean, lively, and delicious. Thank you so much. We certainly will be ordering again!

This was my first time ordering from LA Crawfish Company and I will absolutely order from them again. I think I threw out a dozen crawfish because they were dead out of 30 pounds. Not a dozen pounds, a dozen crawfish! These folks have their work down to a science same I can't wait for my next boil.

The crawfish were excellent, there were only a handful that were not usable. We received them on time and when I had a few questions after I got them , the lady in customer service was very helpful I would order again anytime. Thank You so much. DMG

I ordered yesterday and received the 30 pounds of Boiled Crawfish. This was my first order. We had for supper tonight. OMG they were soooo good!! I am definitely going to keep ordering! Big difference from the frozen crawfish that you can find here in the Midwest. These have flavor!! :)

Absolutely the best I have ever gotten. Had them delivered Friday for a Saturday boil. Hardly any dead loss. Maybe 12 total out of 180 lbs! They were nice and big in size and tasted amazing. Will definitely be ordering again. TOP NOTCH!!

As a +15 year customer I am very satisfied with the product and packaging. I prefer their Field Size, for crawfish bigger is not always better. Only a handful of dead ones in 60 lbs! And their seasoning is very good.
