Wife added 1/4 pound of crawfish tails, put on bed of Jasmine rice. I ate two helpings, stiffed with goodness. Not too spicy, great flavor. Every spoonful had a crawfish tail! I have heartburn, can't take hot sauce anymore after abusing it when younger. But you can always add it yourself. Next time I am going to add some bacon grease like they do in the great Louisiana restaurants.

For my 60th B-Day party we were not sure how many folks would actually show up. Ordering the ready to eat in 5lb bags was the smart choice. They came out fantastic and we were able to only cook what was needed at that time.

I wanted to make crawfish etouffee for my husband’s birthday.

I received a call the day before I was supposed to receive the package telling me my package had been damaged. LA Crawfish was able to get another shipment to me in time for the weekend.

The cleaned tails made the best etouffee.

My husband is from Louisiana and loves boiled crawfish. Well searched for a grab company and found one! We ordered them on Monday and arrived as expected and they were amazing! Thank you so much for bringing a bit of Lousiana to Kentucky!

The crawfish were pretty clean in the tail. I washed them with running water for 3 hours. It got a lot of the dirt off. Didn’t really need to scrub them. Miss rugged they would have a better ETA on the arrival of them. About 30% dead when I got them. They arrived at 3:34am, shipping stated 11am, picked them up at 2pm. Don’t throw away dead ones, only bad looking dead ones. Still good eating.

Overall, we were pleased with our order. Lost about two pounds (crushed) in shipping due to the overall small, thin-shelled crawfish included in the order. I will definitely go with the select next time to ensure more live product and more satisfying boiled product.

My last shipment of fresh boiled crawfish was excellent as usual. The spice was perfect, and I am picky. Shipping overnight is always seamless and on time. I will continue to order this excellent product!

The 10lb stayed alive in a cooler with drain hole covered in ice for 2 days. Only lost about 15 in transit and maybe 10 the day of boil. Very clean, though I also purged. The flavor just wasn’t right though. I need to know step by step how to boil and soak them to get that LA flavor. I did the boil with the provided seasoning bag, an extra boost of lemons, oranges, onion, garlic, and seasonings. Still hard to peel

Never ordered crawfish offline before but definitely will do again. Got the field runners per pound option. The sizes varied in the 17 lbs ordered though. Out of the 17lbs only about 20 dead. The crawfish we delicious and fresh nonetheless

It is everything they claim. I was very worried that our 100# of crawfish would not arrive in time on the day of our crawfish boil. We live in the country in central coast California where it takes 4 days to get things from Amazon. But it worked! Very few dead crawfish. And they were huge. Successful boil! Thank you!

I can’t say enough things about Louisiana crawfish. UPS screwed up the delivery time and forgot one of our boxes for the last leg of the journey. Louisiana crawfish went out of their way to make things right to ensure that we had everything we needed for an awesome boil. We will definitely be using LA crawfish again and recommending them to all of our friends.

I only order a couple times a year. The crawfish were great! The only drawback I had was the crawfish were supposed to be delivered before noon and they weren’t. I look forward to using LA crawfish often

The crawfish always arrive alive and the meats are cool. I still have enough time for me to purge the crawfish before boiling. I’ve best shopping here for years and as long as I’m away from home I will continue to give them my business.

Packaged was decent but was dripping water, could have been packaged a bit better. The Crawfish were Excellent very fresh and large in size. My family and I really enjoyed them for Easter Sunday! I would purchase again!

We got 30# Live Crawfish for a block party and Louisiana Crawfish Company made the entire experience TOO EASY. The party pack had everything they said it would have, all we needed to do was fire up the boiling pot. Thanks again guys!

Purchased for my husband's birthday. Came with beads, a shirt, a koozie, and his favorite meal ever!! So glad we can get our favorite part of the gulf delivered to home! Will definitely order again!!
