Are the crawfish tails cooked and seasoned?

Our crawfish tail meat is par-boiled and packaged unseasoned, with the concentrated crawfish fat included to maximize flavor.

Preparation Note: Many recipes specifically require the inclusion of this crawfish fat. Should your recipe not call for the fat, it can be easily rinsed from the meat prior to preparation.
