Can I edit or add anything to my order?

Immediate Review and Modification Window

Customers are required to review all order details, particularly the shipping address, immediately after placing the order. To request any modifications, you must notify us within one (1) hour of the order placement time.

Policy on Monetary Changes and Cancellations

We are unable to process changes that would adjust the monetary value of an existing order (e.g., adding items or increasing quantity). In such instances, we will cancel the original order and issue a full refund, allowing you to place a new, corrected order.

Modification and Cancellation Deadlines

All requests for changes or cancellations must be received by the End of Business (5:00 PM CST) according to the schedule below:
