Can I stock my pond with your crawfish?
Yes, our live crawfish are suitable for pond stocking in Louisiana. We do not have knowledge or experience outside of Louisiana. Below is the pertinent information and recommended practices for effective stocking:

Stocking Procedure
To successfully introduce the crawfish, simply place them along the edge of the water; they will naturally migrate and establish their habitat.
Recommended Size
During the peak season (typically April to May, though timing may fluctuate), we recommend our Field Run size which is 18-22 crawfish per pound on average. These are a mix of small and medium size, most immature crawfish, making them the ideal grade for pond stocking due to their high viability and size.
