Do I have to sign for my package?

All orders shipped via FedEx and UPS are released without requiring a signature upon delivery, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Signature Required Service: If a signature is mandated for delivery, a fee of $7.60 will be added to your order total.

Release of Liability: Once the package is delivered to the specified address, neither Louisiana Crawfish Co. nor the carrier (FedEx/UPS) assumes responsibility for orders left unattended or subject to theft or spoilage.
