How can I change the name or address on my order?

Changes to the recipient name, shipping address, or requested delivery date can be facilitated with prior notification.

All requests must adhere to the 5:00 PM CST cutoff. The required lead time is two (2) business days before the requested delivery date for Priority Overnight shipments, and requests for Ground service will be evaluated individually.
