Pickup Procedure
To retrieve your order, please follow these steps at the Southwest Cargo facility:
- Receive Air Waybill (tracking): On the scheduled shipping date, we will email you the official Air Waybill number.
- Tracking: The Air Waybill number enables you to track the flight status and confirm when your shipment is ready for pickup. Track HERE
- Required Documents: At the cargo facility, you must present a valid photo ID and the Air Waybill number.
