What are Bayou Bucks?
Bayou Bucks is our dedicated customer loyalty and rewards program, designed to offer savings on future purchases.
Earning Rewards
Upon successful enrollment in the program, members will earn one (1) Bayou Buck for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases.
- Value: 100 Bayou Bucks are equivalent to a $1.00 credit toward future orders.
- Credit Timing: Bucks will be credited to your account after the order has shipped, typically within 48 hours of shipment confirmation.
- Retroactive Earning: Rewards cannot be applied or earned on any orders placed prior to the date of program enrollment.
Membership and Enrollment
To become a member of the Bayou Bucks program:
- Locate the red Rewards box button positioned at the bottom right corner of our website. (If the box is not immediately visible, please try selecting a product page.)
- Click the Join Now prompt within the pop-up window.
Applying Your Discount Code:
Once you redeem your points, a unique discount code will be provided. To apply this code:
- During checkout, locate the Promo/Gift Certificate hyperlink on the right side of the page, beneath the order summary.
- Enter the discount code provided from your Bayou Bucks redemption.
Important Redemption Policy:
Our system is limited to accepting one code per transaction. If you possess a promotional code with a higher value, you may allow your Bayou Bucks to accumulate for use on a separate, future order.
