Why can’t I select a delivery date?
If the system prevents you from selecting a delivery date, the most common causes are incomplete shipping address fields or the omission of a shipping method.
Please verify the following during checkout:
- All address fields are accurately completed, including the Zip Code and Telephone Number.
- A valid Shipping Method has been selected for your order.
State Importation Restrictions
Our system is configured to prevent the completion of orders that contain live crawfish and are destined for the following states. These states have enacted legislation classifying our species of crawfish (Procambarus clarkii) as invasive, thereby prohibiting direct importation across state lines:

Special Exemption for Pennsylvania (PA)
The state of Pennsylvania provides a limited exception to this restriction:
- Eligibility: Only accredited schools (for educational purposes) and certified restaurants (for consumption) are permitted to purchase live crawfish.
- Order Process: Eligible entities must place all live crawfish orders over the phone. During the call, we will obtain the necessary documentation and information required to verify eligibility.
