We used this high quality meat to make bacon wrapped alligator screwers! After a few hours in the smoker we had an instant hit with all of our 50 guests ages 5 to 85 (95% of which never had alligator before)! Thanks Louisiana Crawfish Company for providing a superior product.

I love ordering from this company,they are very fast at delivering your order.The boneless tail meat that I got the last time was absolutely awesome,no bone to cut around and straight into a milk bath and on the smoker.My family really enjoyed it.The bone-in isn't bad,it's just knowing to cut out certain parts of the bad fat that I didn't know about but YouTube came handy on that part.The whole bone in tail looked absolutely amazing coming off of the smoker,very good presentation.Thank you to everyone at LA Crawfish Company.

Served this item at a NOLA cocktail party at my home. Most people were concerned but once prompted to taste, they loved these little nuggets. They were cooked perfectly in a deep fry and were moist & tender. Just didn't like all the little bits that was in the bag of which I had paid per pound. Price was fair for the alligator, but the shipping costs were HIGH!

Submerge in bachans Japanese bbq sauce and roast in the oven for about 2 hours or until meat is falling off the bone. Remove pieces, shake on sesame seeds and green onion tops, re-glaze with more bachans. Guests loved them.

Arrived on time, still frozen.
It turned out amazing and was the perfect addition to our menu!!

What a show stopper. Everyone wanted to see the Gator. The most surprising was how much everyone loved it. We ate it all. 3 hours in the smoker and pulled it at 160. Came completely frozen in a very clean box. Great Job!!

We ordered a package of these as a novelty item for some of our North Dakota friends during our annual Easter Crawfish boil here. They were outstanding and our normally squeamish North Dakota friends were amazed as were we. OUTSTANDING!!!

I found the gator wings to be very fresh, and full of flavor. I grilled the on 22" Weber. The family loved them. I will definitely purchase them again, especially for upcoming events, and tailgating.

Love these alligator nuggets! I've ordered them every year since 2018 and have them shipped to Washington State. They are the highlight of our annual Mardi Gras party, and very unique in the Pacific Northwest. Fast and easy to cook in a small oil fryer.

Last year 2024 we had our family camping trip (26 of us) and I wanted something different for our grandkids to try and WOW, ages from 3-19, they absolutely loved them, so we ordered more for our 2025 camping trip. Bonus review, I purchased the alligator tenderloins and they were amazing as well. Great hit for trip and all year my adult children and my grandchildren raved about it. So what a great memory all because of great tasting food.

I ordered the 22 lb gator. I’ve ordered a few others in the past from different companies. La Crawfish has an awesome product and packed very well in a foam container with the La Crawfish sticker on the side. No doubt about whats in the box. The shipping was unbelievable, I ordered on Wednesday at 2:00pm my time and it was delivered in less than 24 hours from Louisiana to Rhode Island. Highly recommend this company and will continue to buy from them in the future.

We ordered a 5 foot alligator last July. The customer service and product Boys recipe and stuffed the gator with crawfish andoille corn bread stuffing. It was perfect. We loved it so much that we are planning our 2nd annual alligator roast for next month! Thank you!

Absolutely delicious! The alligator nuggets were the centerpiece of our Mardi Gras party in Washington State. Our guests gobbled them up. Easy to cook in our "FryDaddy." 4 lb bag was good for 20 guests to nibble on (also had gumbo and other side dishes to enjoy.)

A 5 footer was delivered to us overnight. Thawed it, seasoned, and then stuffed it with Andouille sausage and Crawfish Cornbread. Low and Slowed it for about 5 hours at 250f. Served it with some of your sides. Wow..par excellence..! Thanks guys. You're the best in the biz..! -BBQ Pit Boys

I ordered these and the alligator nuggets. I tried the nuggets first and didn’t like them much as they were small and I didn’t like the breading. I cut this filet into nice sized meaty nuggets and use the same breading I use for catfish and these were absolutely amazing. Definitely my go to from now on.
