  • Grade: Select 12/17 count per pound

  • Contents: Boiled Crawfish only (sold in 5 lb increments).

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Delivery Options: Choose direct-to-door delivery or hold for pickup at your nearest FedEx.

Important Shipping Notes:

  • Orders received by 4:00 pm CST Monday through Friday can ship the same day or you can select a specific delivery date at checkout.

  • If receiving your order is time sensitive we highly recommend the “FedEx Hold for Pick Up” shipping method where you can pick up your package from the nearest FedEx Station at your convenience.

      Since Oennsylvania has banned live crawling from being imported (they say it’s an invasive, like I’m going to dump them in the Juniata River), I’ve had to opt for the fresh boiled. What a treat and an absolutely time saver. They are every bit as good as the live in a quarter of the time. Bravo.

I believe that receiving feedback is a gift, especially if it constructive, therefore I always try to be constructive and my feedback is given without expectation. The company response to the negative feedback was incredible and was a complete surprise.
      We received a phone call from customer service stating that the owner appreciated the honest feedback and the company wanted to “make it right” by providing a replacement order. The replacement arrived last Thursday and I want to be clear that the select boiled crawfish provided were the best I have ever eaten. They were large, perfectly salted, spiced, and prepared: perfect, just perfect.
      There was never any chance of me leaving LA Crawfish Company as a customer after over twenty yrs of great service and product but I am astounded by their response; they are just the best in the business.

      I ordered 10lbs of boiled select Crawfish. They were nice size cooked perfectly. After about 10 minutes steaming they tasted just like they came fresh out of the boil. A little underseasoned so I would order extra spice next time

      We tried 10 lbs delivered to the front door. On arrival to my house the mudbugs were cold but not frozen. They were large and beautiful. I spiced a pot of water & cranked up the jet burner until the water was actively boiling. We boiled the crawfish x 2min then let them soak with the jets off x 15 min. They were super tasty. I couldn’t believe how good they were. Now we’ll be able to have boiled crawfish in the off season… SWEET!

      These are delicious! Boil the water with their seasoning, Cook the small honey gold potatoes for about 14mins, then take them out and set to the side.. Add the frozen crawfish, bring water back to a slight boil 2-3mins, cut off the fire, add ur frozen corn, with ur thawed Cajun sausage, shrimp, (whatever else u want) we put fish filets right on top, and let soak /cook for about 20-25mins.. It ALL came out perfect!! Added their blue can seasoning on top and it was demolished by all of our guests.. Gotta stock these for the off season.. I just ordered the seasoning in bulk just to have it.. Also I learned, 1lb bag of seasoning per 30qts.. Tasted perfect for everyone..
