First time ordering crawfish, was hesitant with a big party on a Saturday. They arrived on time as promised. Communication was great throughout the whole process. The size of the crawdads were bigger than I expected, so that was a nice surprise. The you tube videos is how I found out about Louisiana Crawfish Co. The tutorials online helped for us rookies. My parents brought me back a can of this from New Orleans. This is the best creole seasoning I have ever had. I went through a can of this in only 2 months. I will gladly keep having this shipped to Wisconsin!

These were the biggest juiciest most flavorful clean crawfish we have ever had! We ordered 15 pounds for my daughters 14th birthday as they are her very favorite and now we're gonna order them for everybody's birthday from here on out!!! They came out perfectly when we followed the instructions on your YouTube video. Really an incredible price for such a fun and delicious dinner we will be ordering again!

I shipped all the way Indiana and the crawfish ? were all alive . I only had 8 dead on arrival and then ordered another 15 pounds the next day and they were great as well. I will be ordering again

Second time ordering a 30lb. live sack and had them delivered to Virginia. They left Louisiana on Thursday, were delivered Friday afternoon and boiled Saturday at 4pm. Only a handful died en route, perfect assortment in size and totally worth it!

Amazing customer service, as I called to order when I could not get the delivery date to appear online. “Not a problem,” I was told. Crawfish arrived as expected and had guests hypnotized as crawfish moved around the cooler in a wash. Highly recommend! Would order again without hesitation! In fact, I’m ordering from LCC now for July 4th!

Crawfish were mostly good.. had probably 2-3 pounds of dead that i had to throw away. soaked them out for roughly 12 hours changing the water periodically and more seemed to be on their way out before actually boiling. all in all, we ended up having enough for the party but the money wasted on dead crawfish wasnt what i was expecting.

Submerge in bachans Japanese bbq sauce and roast in the oven for about 2 hours or until meat is falling off the bone. Remove pieces, shake on sesame seeds and green onion tops, re-glaze with more bachans. Guests loved them.

Great crawfish. I am from Southern Maryland and we take pride in our seafood. I have been stuck either eating crawfish at restaurants or buying them frozen. These live crawfish were "heads and tails" (pun intended) above anything I have had in the past. Meat was really white and clean and flavor was great. The size varied (field run) but most on the bigger size. Will be ordering again. Did have some dead loss but was refunded with a simple picture and email. Class act company to deal with. Cant wait until next time. Highly recommend

Absolutely the best I have ever gotten. Had them delivered Friday for a Saturday boil. Hardly any dead loss. Maybe 12 total out of 180 lbs! They were nice and big in size and tasted amazing. Will definitely be ordering again. TOP NOTCH!!

We were so impressed with the crawfish we ordered. My husband is from Houston and missed crawfish boils, so we hosted one in so cal! Our crawfish arrived quickly and almost every single one made it to the boil. Out of 30 lbs we lost maybe 6 crawfish total which is amazing!
