Received my order on time, the crawfish were all nice size. Was impressed by the size and we can’t forget the customer service. You have a new repeat customer for all my crawfish orders. Thanks for being a top notch company.

I've used several boil mixes but I keep coming back to this one. The crowd seems to like this with good flavor without being too powerful. Depending on the crowd I'll add in some of the spicy version to take it up a notch. Great product.

As usual, the crawfish were very tasty and they did amazing job delivering on time. My only comments are that the deadline seemed excessive and they only sent one shaker of seasoning. I estimate the dead loss was around 4 pounds for an 80 pound order. Typically they send at least two shakers for the size of an order. Still a great product.

Ordered an 18 pound gator. It came quick and still frozen! It was my first time smoking a gator and came out amazing! Got a good 6 pounds of meat out of it, minus the pound and a half with my wife and I eating as were taking the meat off. From ordering to receiving to smoking and eating, everything went smooth and accordingly!

Ordered 30lbs for the 2nd time for our annual crawfish boil here in AZ. The crawfish was amazing out of 30lbs had maybe 10 that didn't make it to the pot. Happy Happy Happy. Thank You Louisiana Crawfish Co.

These arrived on time for a next day boil. Took a damp towel and place ice bag on top with the lid askew to keep the little buggers alive. We ordered 90# and lost only ~ 20-30. Next time I would order the hot spice mix, but the service was great. The select size was great! had about 4# of tails left for a future etouffee. For this area (NC), plan on ~2#/guest. Again, we will order here for all of our crawfish needs.

We always get 10 to 20 lbs of shrimp when we order. The shrimp always tastes good and all of the characteristics are in order. We boil, fry, and grill it and we are very happy with the results we get.

Louisiana Crawfish exceeded our expectations. The crawfish were excellent quality, arrived exactly as promised, and the seasoning package that came with them was absolutely fantastic. Everyone at our function raved about the flavor and freshness. The entire experience was smooth from ordering to delivery. We will definitely be purchasing from them again!

The crawfish were alive and in good shape. They came in nice packaging. After purging in a small swimming pool we boiled them with provided seasonings and they were amazing! Best crawfish I’ve ever had. Was a great experience and will be doing this again soon. Do it!

When I say this was the best first time experience it was staff was friendly crawfish came right on time we purged them and put them in the pot everyone enjoyed them we will be return customers!!

I’ve made crawfish etouffee, gumbo & black beans and rice. All equally delicious. For college football Saturday I made my first crawfish pie. My wife said “Wow” which is a good sign. Great product

The crawfish were great and some I would classify as select so that was a good surprise. However, I lost probably just under 2 pounds due to them being dead on arrival. That’s to be expected though, nothing against the company; will be buying again.

Very happy with our experience. I was skeptical if the delivery would be on time. Arrived exactly when they promised, in great shape and tasted amazing. Can’t wait to order the live crawfish next time!

Outstanding product and service. I strongly recommend this crawfish. The absolute best tasting and quality I’ve had. Got some crawfish from a local market that were from Egypt. They were disgusting. I will definitely continue to purchase from Louisiana crawfish. They are the best.

My buddies and I tossed around the idea of smoking an alligator and ordered our 31lb alligator and we were very impressed. The shipping was next day in time to thaw for the weekends big game. We took our time and all necessary steps to prepare the gator for the cook and man was it good! We highly suggest ordering a skinned alligator from Louisiana Crawfish Co. It was by far one of our most memorable cooks along with the crawfish we order from them. Very tasty.

I’ve been a customer since 2009 when my friend introduced me to the crawfish. I’ve been ordering annulayy since then when I celebrate my birthday! My friends are amazed when the shipment arrived; when it is cooked; and when it is served in front of them!

From start to finish, this was an excellent experience! Very informative communication and learned so much on what to do upon arrival of my shipment, cooking tried and true techniques, and more. Good evening. We have always received great product from your company. Don’t get me wrong it was great however, there was a great number of dead ones when we opened the bag. A lot more than ever received. The ice packs were slightly cool not cold. We opened the package just a little over 30 minutes from receiving the package. Last year we also got the 20lb and I would say maybe 10-15 were dead which is acceptable. We know some will not make the trip but overall the were great. Will we do it next year for the 5th time, absolutely.

The process, delivery and quality were far beyond anything I could’ve ever expected. I had a few questions and the gal in the customer service department was super helpful and sounded like she enjoyed what she did which to me is important.
The delivery for us was in a Saturday and was right on time. Finally the quality of the crawfish was out of this world. My kids loved helping along the way and our friends and family crushed everything. It’s safe to say we’re looking forward to doing it again next year.
