I love ordering from this company,they are very fast at delivering your order.The boneless tail meat that I got the last time was absolutely awesome,no bone to cut around and straight into a milk bath and on the smoker.My family really enjoyed it.The bone-in isn't bad,it's just knowing to cut out certain parts of the bad fat that I didn't know about but YouTube came handy on that part.The whole bone in tail looked absolutely amazing coming off of the smoker,very good presentation.Thank you to everyone at LA Crawfish Company.

Amazing customer service, alligator was delivered on time and in great condition. Styrofoam box was broken, but was still 1/2 frozen and very cold. Put right into my fridge as soon as I opened it. Definitely was thawing already. I’m thinking it was in the shipping process and not who packed it. Our party was great. Thank you!!!

Recently ordered a product that I wasn’t happy with, I actually had left a bad review for the product which is something I never do, you guys reached out to me and corrected the situation and sent me a new product that was more in line with what I wanted to order, that is excellent customer service, Iona restaurant at the Jersey shore, and I will be a customer was long as I own this restaurant

absolutely delicious. i dropped 2 packages in the air fryer for ease and when they came out they were perfect. They were gone in minutes of serving. Highly recommend and i always grab a few of these as appitizers while the boil is underway

We ordered the 35# alligator along with crawfish & frog legs. This alligator was amazing. Everyone loved it and it added an extra amount of conversation. So we had great food, fun and fellowship thanks to LA Crawfish. I didn't get my anniversary shirt :-( but I still sent in the picture of the alligator for proof that it was a magnificent specimen to behold. I have recommended so many friends and family to your company. Love it, definitely ordering more from you in the future.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered these...
But I have had alligator bites and liked them so I figured I'd give these a try..
I was NOT disappointed...
I smoked them to an internal temperature of 155°...
Came out great..
The texture surprised me, Its like a chicken leg...
I definitely be ordering more

Hey everyone, just ordered the filet alligator and got it shipped in over night for newyears party. Ended up shipping the wrong stuff to me got the nuggets. Sent a email to the company and they called me back right away and are sending me the right stuff. I also get to keep the nuggets and have them for the party. One of the best customer service places I have ever delt with. The alligator is amazing also highly recommend them to everyone in my pa area. Def buying from them again fresh and amazing tasting. Brought alligator in for Burns eggfest benefit cookoff in new mexico where alligator is not often thought about. Majority were sceptical but tasted and loved it ! Grilled it along with the missippi comeback sauce. Served 5 pounds on scerwers and not one piece left . Ordered for pre date and recived frozen and on time, couldnt be happier,will sure do again ,thanks .

Love these alligator nuggets! I've ordered them every year since 2018 and have them shipped to Washington State. They are the highlight of our annual Mardi Gras party, and very unique in the Pacific Northwest. Fast and easy to cook in a small oil fryer.

What a show stopper. Everyone wanted to see the Gator. The most surprising was how much everyone loved it. We ate it all. 3 hours in the smoker and pulled it at 160. Came completely frozen in a very clean box. Great Job!!

A 5 footer was delivered to us overnight. Thawed it, seasoned, and then stuffed it with Andouille sausage and Crawfish Cornbread. Low and Slowed it for about 5 hours at 250f. Served it with some of your sides. Wow..par excellence..! Thanks guys. You're the best in the biz..! -BBQ Pit Boys

Absolutely delicious! The alligator nuggets were the centerpiece of our Mardi Gras party in Washington State. Our guests gobbled them up. Easy to cook in our "FryDaddy." 4 lb bag was good for 20 guests to nibble on (also had gumbo and other side dishes to enjoy.)

Great Product! Communication with the company was exceptional. We ordered 15 bags and it was received the next day just as cold as if we had it in the freezer the whole time. Ordering was simple and our customers really enjoyed the alligator. I loved the pieces were bigger chunks of meat with a light flavorful breading. Sometimes when ordered in restaurants the pieces are small and mostly breading. Would definitely order again! Great Company.

My buddies and I tossed around the idea of smoking an alligator and ordered our 31lb alligator and we were very impressed. The shipping was next day in time to thaw for the weekends big game. We took our time and all necessary steps to prepare the gator for the cook and man was it good! We highly suggest ordering a skinned alligator from Louisiana Crawfish Co. It was by far one of our most memorable cooks along with the crawfish we order from them. Very tasty.

I used the filet in a stew using milk and spices. The meat was very tender and delicious. I also used it as "nuggets" battered with flour and "Louisiana Creole Seasoning". Wow!

We used this high quality meat to make bacon wrapped alligator screwers! After a few hours in the smoker we had an instant hit with all of our 50 guests ages 5 to 85 (95% of which never had alligator before)! Thanks Louisiana Crawfish Company for providing a superior product.

Ordered an 18 pound gator. It came quick and still frozen! It was my first time smoking a gator and came out amazing! Got a good 6 pounds of meat out of it, minus the pound and a half with my wife and I eating as were taking the meat off. From ordering to receiving to smoking and eating, everything went smooth and accordingly!
