Alligator

We decided to add a new type of meat to our grilling for the holidays. We went with 5.12lb rack. The meat was great. We plan on getting more and trying some wilder seasoning combos and marinate differently! Def recommend to anyone

No need for review as I wouldn't have come back if it wasn't anything but phenominal! Shipping was on time and the aligator was outstanding! Your product is becoming a Christmas tradition here!

I purchased a whole alligator and had it shipped overnight but FedEx dropped the ball and the package, the alligator was delayed in shipping for a day and damaged, before the day was over Louisiana crayfish Co. Had another one on the way.No worries no hassle, great service

Amazing customer service, alligator was delivered on time and in great condition. Styrofoam box was broken, but was still 1/2 frozen and very cold. Put right into my fridge as soon as I opened it. Definitely was thawing already. I’m thinking it was in the shipping process and not who packed it. Our party was great. Thank you!!!

Hey everyone, just ordered the filet alligator and got it shipped in over night for newyears party. Ended up shipping the wrong stuff to me got the nuggets. Sent a email to the company and they called me back right away and are sending me the right stuff. I also get to keep the nuggets and have them for the party. One of the best customer service places I have ever delt with. The alligator is amazing also highly recommend them to everyone in my pa area. Def buying from them again fresh and amazing tasting. Thank you

This is the first time I’ve ever grilled a whole gator. It was delicious! The delivery was on time everything was still frozen when I finally got home three days later. It could ask for a better experience

These bites are such a great appetizer before a boil. My family and friends just love these little morsels of heaven. The batter is amazing and the meat is fresh and delicious. Can't wait to order more products and try it all. Thank you for what you do.

I do not even know where to start. We ordered this gator and we slow grilled (here in Michigan's Upper Peninsula) we had friends over and everyone loved the food. I think you'll be seeing more orders for here. I really can't put into words how great not only the gator was but also this company. Thank you!

I found the gator wings to be very fresh, and full of flavor. I grilled the on 22" Weber. The family loved them. I will definitely purchase them again, especially for upcoming events, and tailgating.

I ordered these and the alligator nuggets. I tried the nuggets first and didn’t like them much as they were small and I didn’t like the breading. I cut this filet into nice sized meaty nuggets and use the same breading I use for catfish and these were absolutely amazing. Definitely my go to from now on.

I ordered 5lbs of the Breaded Alligator Nuggets for my crew. The mill manager gave me your website. I want you to know these were the best alligator nuggets we have ever eaten. My crew is wanting me to order more soon!!!

This is the first time we ordered a gator from Louisiana Crawfish Company and we were impressed! It was delicious and everyone asked where we got it from. We will be ordering again in the near future. Thank you all for helping make our party one our guests won’t forget!

Last year 2024 we had our family camping trip (26 of us) and I wanted something different for our grandkids to try and WOW, ages from 3-19, they absolutely loved them, so we ordered more for our 2025 camping trip. Bonus review, I purchased the alligator tenderloins and they were amazing as well. Great hit for trip and all year my adult children and my grandchildren raved about it. So what a great memory all because of great tasting food.

Brought alligator in for Burns eggfest benefit cookoff in new mexico where alligator is not often thought about. Majority were sceptical but tasted and loved it ! Grilled it along with the missippi comeback sauce. Served 5 pounds on scerwers and not one piece left . Ordered for pre date and recived frozen and on time, couldnt be happier, will sure do again ,thanks .

absolutely delicious. i dropped 2 packages in the air fryer for ease and when they came out they were perfect. They were gone in minutes of serving. Highly recommend and i always grab a few of these as appitizers while the boil is underway

We bought a Whole Alligator in 2014, smoked it for 5 hours stuffed with Alligator sausage and cornbread dressing. It was Excellent. Going to call and order another one and have company over. They shipped in normal FedEx but we are close enough . They saved me about $90 just in shipping. Anybody who asks about where to buy Cajun food , I say Louisiana Seafood Company

EXCELLENT SERVICE. GOT A CALL FROM YOU GUYS SAID FED EX WAS RETURNING THE PRODUCT DUE TO DAMAGED BOX. GATOR WAS STILL FROZEN AND PLASTIC BAG WAS STILL SEALED SO GOOD CALL ON YOUR PART. VERY HAPPY.

Amazing customer service, alligator was delivered on time and in great condition. Styrofoam box was broken, but was still 1/2 frozen and very cold. Put right into my fridge as soon as I opened it. Got this the day or making, so I couldn't soak it like the recipe I used called for. It claimed it is so lean it could dry out. We skewered it and wrapped in bacon and smoked for about 2.5 hours. Didn't dry out at all and WOW, was delicious, a big hit at the party!

We had a boil and decided we wanted to try gator. I bought these gator wings thinking they would be easy to cook on the grill with no prep work. That is exactly how they were. No prep just threw them on the grill. They were a huge hit.
