Im from Ponchatoula, Louisiana, live in SW MN and hands down, the live crawfish shipped from Louisiana to out of state always arrive as “live” crawfish!! Most times only find 1-2 dead and then evry so often may find 5-8 dead!!
Dont drown them, keep cold and rinsed off they last for a day or two after arriving until you boil them!! We boil normally the following day or two after receiving!!

This was fantastic. I purchased the 50lb party pack and fed 40 people with some left to spare. They crawfish were great size and very minimal dead loss. It arrived no problem overnighted and was ready to go. I do recommend picking up yourself from the FedEx distribution center. This allows you to control the time of pickup. Nothing worse than the crawfish arriving 4 hours after the party starts because FedEx is slow to deliver. We had a great party and I will buy again next year for sure. I did miss the beer coozie this year though.

Ordered an 18 pound gator. It came quick and still frozen! It was my first time smoking a gator and came out amazing! Got a good 6 pounds of meat out of it, minus the pound and a half with my wife and I eating as were taking the meat off. From ordering to receiving to smoking and eating, everything went smooth and accordingly!

We were sad that we were unable to get live crawfish this time around because it’s not in season and the storm caused problems getting live ones, but we ordered frozen already cooked ones instead. They gave us exact instructions on how to cook them and then we tossed them in our usual sauce and they were just as good as the live ones! LAcrawfish has the best customer service and everything is always delivered on time. Thank you guys!!!

This was surprisingly a very good first time experience. All the crawfish arrived kicking, and one the SOB's actually pinched my palm as I was putting the bag in the steamer pot. Very tasty, and we did not finish the whole thing, and refrigerated leftovers, which we consumed days later - they were still very good. I will be making another purchase in the future.

My first time ordering frozen ones, and I think I like it better. I don't know if it was something I did or if was it the seasoning that came in the bag, but these were the best I have ever had. Thank you.

We ordered the Cinco DeBayou special for 30lbs of fresh crawfish. Our dinner guests arrived alive and kickin and when we requested. The crawfish were large, fresh, and delicious! The boil mix and creole seasoning was such a treat to receive as part of our special. We will definitely order again!!

Dependable shipping and easy to order crawfish. The quality this shipment wasn’t the best as half of crawfish were already dead by the time I opened the box. The spice that came with the crawfish is great and everyone love it.

Very good! Was completely surprised on flavor and ease of warming up. So so so good! I really like live but these were my only option at the time and am very thankful for them they truly were good no one knew that they were frozen. I’ve tried frozen that came in styrofoam and had the most awful taste but these came in a bag and truly tasted like you just cooked live ones fresh!!! Will order these again and again thank you for never disappointing and always having great and fresh products and awesome service!! A must try!!

Outstanding service and crawfish. We had it delivered to door and only had a few we tossed out of 20 lbs. The crawfish were large and fantastic. The seasoning was perfect. What an incredible boil at a very reasonable price. This is not our first purchase and it won't be our last!!

First time ordering live crawfish (I normally do the IQF) & I was not disappointed. There were a few small crawfish here and there but it is the beginning of the season. I moved to UT so I love the option for overnight shipment, it's nice to have a taste of home even when I'm not in Louisiana. 10/10

I have ordered both live and now the frozen precooked crawfish and am totally satisfied with both. The frozen had great seasoning. I will still order the live mud bugs but the frozen are great while you wait for the new live crawfish season to start.

The turducken stole the show. The stuffing and seasoning between the birds were perfect. The meat was incredibly tender. On top of a perfect product, the customer service, packaging and delivery were all incredibly professional. Cannot rate this company high enough.

Very pleased with our purchase. We ordered 15 lbs and only had 7 dead. Everyone enjoyed the craw fish and was able to introduce my grand daughter to them and taught her how to eat them. Recommend this company HIGHLY!

They arrived like an hour and a half early, the seasoning is amazing, my first big boil and it was a good one. There was about 4 or 5 dead ones but I believe at least two of them died during the purge process and one had a cracked shell but the rest of them were still kickin. Will be buying from y’all again.

Bought 40 lbs Select crawfish. Shipped from Louisiana Friday night and picked up at FedEX at 9AM Saturday morning. Crawfish were packed in two sacks in a styrofoam ice chest with three freezer packs. Transferred them to ice chest with ice and boiled them around 2 PM Saturday afternoon. Had probably fewer than 5 dead crawfish, and size was good. Price was quite high, but quality was good.
