Alligator

Amazing customer service, alligator was delivered on time and in great condition. Styrofoam box was broken, but was still 1/2 frozen and very cold. Put right into my fridge as soon as I opened it. Definitely was thawing already. I’m thinking it was in the shipping process and not who packed it. Our party was great. Thank you!!!

Served this item at a NOLA cocktail party at my home. Most people were concerned but once prompted to taste, they loved these little nuggets. They were cooked perfectly in a deep fry and were moist & tender. Just didn't like all the little bits that was in the bag of which I had paid per pound. Price was fair for the alligator, but the shipping costs were HIGH!

Love these alligator nuggets! I've ordered them every year since 2018 and have them shipped to Washington State. They are the highlight of our annual Mardi Gras party, and very unique in the Pacific Northwest. Fast and easy to cook in a small oil fryer.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. GOT A CALL FROM YOU GUYS SAID FED EX WAS RETURNING THE PRODUCT DUE TO DAMAGED BOX. GATOR WAS STILL FROZEN AND PLASTIC BAG WAS STILL SEALED SO GOOD CALL ON YOUR PART. VERY HAPPY.

We ordered a package of these as a novelty item for some of our North Dakota friends during our annual Easter Crawfish boil here. They were outstanding and our normally squeamish North Dakota friends were amazed as were we. OUTSTANDING!!!

Brought alligator in for Burns eggfest benefit cookoff in new mexico where alligator is not often thought about. Majority were sceptical but tasted and loved it ! Grilled it along with the missippi comeback sauce. Served 5 pounds on scerwers and not one piece left . Ordered for pre date and recived frozen and on time, couldnt be happier, will sure do again ,thanks .

I purchased a whole alligator and had it shipped overnight but FedEx dropped the ball and the package, the alligator was delayed in shipping for a day and damaged, before the day was over Louisiana crayfish Co. Had another one on the way.No worries no hassle, great service

I only tried alligator once before; it was canned, and it was horrible(it wasn't from here). Based on my past experience I wasn't sure if I would like this. I was very pleasantly surprised! This was delicious! I sliced it up, lightly breaded it, and fried it in a little olive oil. Everyone loved it including me! A friend wanted this for their birthday, so I decided to try it again.

Submerge in bachans Japanese bbq sauce and roast in the oven for about 2 hours or until meat is falling off the bone. Remove pieces, shake on sesame seeds and green onion tops, re-glaze with more bachans. Guests loved them.

This is the first time I’ve ever grilled a whole gator. It was delicious! The delivery was on time everything was still frozen when I finally got home three days later. It could ask for a better experience

We ordered the 35# alligator along with crawfish & frog legs. This alligator was amazing. Everyone loved it and it added an extra amount of conversation. So we had great food, fun and fellowship thanks to LA Crawfish. I didn't get my anniversary shirt :-( but I still sent in the picture of the alligator for proof that it was a magnificent specimen to behold. I have recommended so many friends and family to your company. Love it, definitely ordering more from you in the future.

We cooked alligator sauce piquante and fried up some chunks of gator, but nothing disappeared as fast as the fresh off the grill marinated gator legs. Wrapped them in foil and put them on the top rack for about 20-25 mins. Fellas smashed them in about 1 mins. Next time we'll order more

This were seasoned perfectly! I want to order these in larger sizes than 2 pound bags!!!!!! Great flavor, meat melts in your mouth. Threw a bit of Kenny's cajun seasoning in some corn meal and rolled some that way for a little extra kick!!!!!!!!

These were delicious! Just heated the oil, dropped them in, and 4 minutes were done. Every one of my friends said they had the best flavor and texture. I had to cook a second batch for my Granddaughter! Will definitely buy again. They were delivered on time to North Carolina.

absolutely delicious. i dropped 2 packages in the air fryer for ease and when they came out they were perfect. They were gone in minutes of serving. Highly recommend and i always grab a few of these as appitizers while the boil is underway

Hey everyone, just ordered the filet alligator and got it shipped in over night for newyears party. Ended up shipping the wrong stuff to me got the nuggets. Sent a email to the company and they called me back right away and are sending me the right stuff. I also get to keep the nuggets and have them for the party. One of the best customer service places I have ever delt with. The alligator is amazing also highly recommend them to everyone in my pa area. Def buying from them again fresh and amazing tasting. Thank you

Had a family crab boil and ordered the aligator sampler for apetizers. I hate to say it but the apetizers were better than the crab boil! I will definitely order more (especially loved the boudin)!!!

We gotta 26 pounds skin hole alligator man if I tell you We grind seasoned and smoked that baby he was the best wouldn't buy a gator from no one else thank you Louisiana crawfish company you are the best package sit sealed and delivered Our party was the talk of the talk of the month looking to book with you again thank you so much

I ordered these and the alligator nuggets. I tried the nuggets first and didn’t like them much as they were small and I didn’t like the breading. I cut this filet into nice sized meaty nuggets and use the same breading I use for catfish and these were absolutely amazing. Definitely my go to from now on.

We used this high quality meat to make bacon wrapped alligator screwers! After a few hours in the smoker we had an instant hit with all of our 50 guests ages 5 to 85 (95% of which never had alligator before)! Thanks Louisiana Crawfish Company for providing a superior product.
