Comeaux’s Smoked Andouille is Acadiana’s best—USDA pork, coarsely ground, seasoned, marinated, and hickory smoked in a large sausage casing. It’s a must for gumbo and adds bold flavor to red beans and rice, jambalaya, pasta dishes, and more. Great on the grill or served as an appetizer—just heat and slice. Each 1lb package includes four links of authentic Louisiana goodness.

      It's hard to find good andouille when you don't live in Louisiana any more. I'm gonna have to get a bigger freezer.

      I decided to do a mudbug boil this past weekend and have had no luck finding good andouille around my place in Southern California so while I was ordering my crawdads, I picked up a couple pounds of Comeaux’s and man was it delicious! It has great flavor and texture. It definitely added that extra something special to my boil and all the guests loved it!
