Joy’s Crawfish Dip

Ingredients

• 1 Pound crawfish tails
• 8 Ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 Teaspoon garlic salt
• 2 Tablespoons garlic, minced
• 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/2 Tablespoon Louisiana Crawfish Creole Seasoning
• Louisiana Crawfish Hot Sauce
• 1 Cup(s) mayonnaise
• 1 Tablespoon(s) onion powder
• 2 Tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
• 2 Tablespoon(s) Zatarain’s creole mustard
• 1 bundle green onions thinly sliced (use preferred amount)

Method

1. In food processor, finely chop crawfish tails & mix with softened cream cheese
2. Add all other ingredients except green onion & mix well
3. Gently stir in green onions
4. Store in refrigerator overnight allowing ingredients to “marry”
5. Serve with crackers and/or chips

**Add more Louisiana Crawfish Creole Seasoning and Louisiana Crawfish Hot Sauce to taste as desired
