    Our crawfish tail meat is par-boiled and packaged unseasoned, with the concentrated crawfish fat included to maximize flavor.

    Preparation Note: Many recipes specifically require the inclusion of this crawfish fat. Should your recipe not call for the fat, it can be easily rinsed from the meat prior to preparation.

    It was my first time ordering any live seafood to have it shipped. I promised my daughters in the past that I’d find them some good live Louisiana crawfish and have it shipped to them in California.

    I can’t even say how good of an experience it was from the get go. They patiently answered any questions and handled this SO well. I knew even before the shipment was made that I’d found the right place for seafood.

    It came frozen in a pouch, but once defrosted it was a decent amount…made 3 servings with it…followed direction on the package for etoufee which you need 1 stick of butter and 1 can of mushroom soup…but was delicious on top of rice which is a necessity… will order again.
