Bayou Pasta Sauce

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients
  • 2 Stalk(s) celery, chopped
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 Can(s) pimento, chopped
  • 1 Quart(s) clam juice
  • 12 Teaspoon(s) white pepper
  • 4 Tablespoon(s) lobster base
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) MSG
  • 34 Teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • cayenne, to taste
Method
  1. Sauté vegetables until wilted Show
  2. Add clam juice, lobster base, and spices Show
  3. Cook down until mixture thickens Show
  4. Serve over fish, chicken and/or pasta Show
