Cheesy Crawfish Corn Dip

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients
  • 1 Pound(s) monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 8 Ounce(s) cream cheese
  • 4 Ounce(s) green chilies, diced
  • 23 Cup(s) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 4 Bunch(es) green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) garlic, minced
  • 1 Cup(s) parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 Cup(s) mayo
  • 23 Cup(s) cream corn
  • 2 Pound(s) crawfish tailmeat
  • 12 Stick(s) butter
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) red pepper flakes
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 350 Show
  2. Melt butter in large skillet, and cook chopped onions and garlic until softened Show
  3. Add crawfish tail meat and cream cheese, cook over low heat until cream cheese is melted Show
  4. Mix in remaining ingredients and heat in 3 Qt casserole dish in oven for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through Show
