Crab and Corn Chowder
Yields 7 cups


  • 14 Cup(s) green onions
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 18 Tablespoon(s) cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 Can(s) condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese
  • 16 Ounce(s) milk
  • 12 Pound(s) crab meat
  • 1 Can(s) whole kernel corn, not drained


  1. In saucepan cook onions with garlic in butter until tender Show
  2. Blend in soup, cream cheese, and milk Show
  3. Add crab meat and corn, bring to a slow boil, be careful not to scald Show
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes Show
